The house is great with the following exceptions:-the upholstered furniture needs cleaning-the garage does not accommodate a full sized pick up truck-exiting the driveway is a challenge. Morganton Road is very busy, and the house sits on a curve. When you combine that with most vehicles going too fast, you have to enter the road very swiftly…no dilly-dallying… the pedal to the metal!!-the house wasn’t ready at check-in time…. We waited for the housekeeper to finish cleaning. She was great a very thorough, the place was clean!! Worth the wait!!

Great house that suited our needs for Christmas. Layout was nice with master on main with three bedroom upstairs. Nice kitchen and open living area. Location on main road is not ideal but we managed.

House was perfect! Everyone had their own room and bathroom and property was clean and location was super close to everything. The only thing I would say is that in description it said there were hair dryers and there was not one in the house. We left our hairdryers at home after reading that they would be there and there was not one in any of the bathrooms or closets.

Golf trip with friends.

The location was perfect for our trip. There were four of us that stayed at the house. the house was perfectly located to the golf courses we played and was very close to food and shops. The group I went down with loved having their own bedroom and bathroom. We are already looking at a trip in March.

Very nice home with a lot of space. Morganton rd is busy but you could hardly hear it inside

Very comfortable experience. The hosting service was excellent..... Taylor P from Sandhills was very responsive and helpful. The off-hour support worked flawlessly. One suggestion would be to upgrade the pillows.

Overall, we had a good stay and would especially like to highlight the excellent communication from the host company. They were very responsive, helpful, and easy to work with throughout our visit. We had a couple of minor issues with accessing the house and a missing amenity, but both were resolved promptly. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean, and the home offered plenty of space for our group. The kitchen seemed well-appointed, parking was easy, and the checkout process was easy. The only items worth noting for future guests are a few housekeeping and amenity details. There were quite a few cobwebs visible on ceilings and light fixtures, so it may have been between more thorough dustings. Additionally, there was only one hair dryer available in the house, and the iron could not be used with the steam function without leaving marks on clothing. That said, if we had been staying longer, I feel confident the host would have addressed these concerns. Since we were in town for a wedding getting ready was a little more challenging than expected, but the home would likely be well-suited for a golf outing or other casual group trip. All things considered, we enjoyed our stay, appreciated the attentive hosts, and found the home to be a convenient and spacious option for our group.

2024 Golf Outing

Reviewer Comments: I have been doing Myrtle Beach golf outings for the last 20 years.This was our first stay in Pinehurst and I have to say that it was the best trip yet. The house we rented was way above expectations. They take great care of the property and my whole group loved it. It is centrally located and everything was super easy to get to. Taylor at Sandhills was great to work with she was very helpful. We will be going back next year.

Great Stay

There were six of us. The house was perfect. I loved the extra gathering rooms. Three of the bedrooms have en-suites. There is an extra full bath upstairs and a half bath downstairs. The beds were comfortable. The bedrooms were spacious. The only thing I would suggest would be to have extra blankets for the beds. There are plenty of bath towels etc. It was also nice to park in the garage. The house is on a busy road so be careful when exiting driveway. Not everyone drives Morganton road with caution. The communication with the rental agency was great. I would stay there again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was awesome.....perfect for 4 guys, who want their own room w/TV, and their own bathroom. Location was great for getting to everywhere we wanted to go Pinehurst, Southern Pines, etc. If only the property management company was as great as this property. I paid in advance for early check in, we traveled very early from Ohio anticipating that since I never heard from them that we approved for early check in, but when we arrive the place was locked up...and being it was Saturday Sandhills Office was closed and the after hours contact wasn't available either so it put a damper on our plans for Saturday... then I recieved a notice on Wednesday after we had been in Pinehurst for 4 1/2 days that my early check in request was not KIDDING.....other than that experience, everything was great. The house was very clean and well furnished, we would likely stay there again and trust that our arrival fiasco would not repeat itself.

Fantastic Stay in Pinehurst!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay so much! We were 5 friends (1 couple, 3 singles) traveling in for a wedding. The 4 bedrooms allowed everyone to have their own sleeping area and the 5 bathrooms made it easy for us all to get ready. We spent a lot of time in the kitchen/living room/dining room, but liked that there was outdoor space, plus additional gathering spots upstairs and downstairs for anyone who needed solitude or to do work. We also liked that there were TVs in each bedroom and that 3 bedrooms had ensuite bathrooms - allowing for additional privacy as needed. The proximity to downtown was wonderful and made for an easy visit. Everything was clean, tastefully decorated, and exactly as pictured. Communication with the management company was easy and professional. We would absolutely stay here again!

All appliances, lights and TVs worked perfectly. The icemaker worked, which is not always the case in some rentals. Coffee maker is a Kurig so be sure to buy K-cups. The place was so clean even your mother in-law would approve! Location to golf and restaurants was excellent. Towels and bedding were sufficient, clean and soft. Bring your own bars of soap and hair dryers. We'd rent this home again - no question about it.
