Excellent stay! The 3 bedroom 3 bathroom was great for our family with plenty of space!! Loved that each bedroom had a bathroom!! The location was perfect right on the beach and walking distance to all the popular restaurants and shopping! We felt so safe walking everywhere and walking back from the hangout was so convenient!! The extra large patio was great for family breakfast and dinners overlooking the beautiful beach. The rental was clean and had ample kitchen supplies. Our fault for not reading the parking situation that was clearly spelled out on the description but paying 50 for each car and not getting a designated spot for the rental was inconvenient and a bit ridiculous. Some nights we got back late and had to park across the street because the parking lot was full. The elevators were fast and we rarely waited longer than a few seconds for one even on move out day. The shopping carts that were made available for moving bags and beach chairs were so convenient! Overall a wonderful experience and would rent here again.

Not clean; dirty dishes in cabinets; sofa and recliner in living room desperately need replacing; unpleasant (fish) odor permeated apartment - coming from drain in bar sink; communication with YSC was extremely disappointing. Sent a text about problems. Requested someone come clean the apartment - they refused. SC people on 3rd floor were great - but NOT YSC.

Great place!

This property has everything you need. A suggestion for the owner….when purchasing new furniture you might want to consider the older generation. The furniture now is very low and very difficult to get up. The dining chairs are very hard and the beds were so hard you could not comfortably turn over. They were like sleeping on slabs of concrete. But it is still a great place to stay. The views are spectacular and we never needed anything. We would stay here again….San Carlos 907.

San Carlos 907

Pros: excellent locAtion, easy parking, fast check in out process, fast elevators, great condo lay out ( each bedroom had a bathroom) beautiful views from two large floor to ceiling slide doors. Shopping carts to help with groceries luggage etc. Attentive beach attendants!! Cons : funky smell coming from wet bar. Not as clean as I would expect. Terrible coffee pot ( bring your own !! ) no soap or sanitize gel in bathrooms at beach/pool level.
