You’re right that the bathrooms and some finishes are dated, which is exactly why we describe this condo as an affordable, no-frills beachfront option and price it accordingly. Buena Vista 601 offers something that can be hard to find in Gulf Shores: three bedrooms, a huge balcony with beautiful Gulf Front views, a low-density beachfront location, and direct beach access without the premium price tag of a fully renovated condo. Our goal is still a 5-star stay, and we work hard to make sure the property is clean, comfortable, functional, and *most importantly* accurately represented before a guest ever books. We’re glad you enjoyed the location and hope future guests looking for a great beachfront value will appreciate exactly what this condo offers.
