My family stayed here for a wedding in the area. The location was perfect for us. The entire place was clean and tidy and we loved the uniqness of the property! We would definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area.
We really enjoyed our stay at the Stables. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It was close to all the things we wanted to do. Very comfortable and cozy. Would absolutely stay here again if in the area.

This is the cutest place to stay in a beauutiful country setting. The attention to detail and decor at the stable was perfect! The location was centrally located to Buffalo, Chatauqua and included lots of wineries and small town charm. I highly recommend the Stable.
We only stayed one night at the stable but it was very comfortable and well thought out. We appreciated the effort they made to make sure we were safe, getting in the shower, etc. it was a great experience.

Gail was a welcome guest and left our place in great shape. They we very easy to host,
A lot of thought, effort and expense went into creating this unique and charming spot. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!
Just a little tip: If one of you likes to sleep later than the other, I’d suggest bringing earplugs due to the open stable acoustics.

Chris was a wonderful guest. And we would love them to stay again.
You can tell the owners put a lot of thought and care into making this place comfortable, clean, and unique. When I needed assistance, Terry and Angela were quick to respond, going above and beyond.
Buffalo/Niagara Falls are less than 90 min north, and Erie/Presque Isle are 90 min south. In 15 min or less from the barn, I spent sunsets on Lake Erie, visited a winery (there are several to choose from), checked out a farmer's market, and spent time at a wonderful used bookshop.
When I vacation, I never visit the same spot twice, but I am saving this one for another time!

About the host
Hosted by Terry Rzepkowski
I grew up in this area and drove by this location and it's amazing view on a regular basis. I couldn't believe when I returned for a 40th year high school reunion it was for sale. I knew somehow I had to have it. We enjoy having turned this property into a place where others can stay and enjoy this little piece of paradise.
Why they chose this property
This is a great location to be in the quite country, yet a short drive to get anything you may need
What makes this property unique
We have spent the last 4 years in a total renovation of this 100 year-old barn and converting the horse stall section into a unique living space with a mix of modern convenience with restored vintage appliances and furniture. The property is a great mix of farming with regular haying of pastures, crop planting, our hobby Christmas trees and a grape row. It has quiet wooded trails, spectacular across the lake views into Canada, and abundant wildlife.
