This was the perfect spot to enjoy graduation weekend with my college student. Close enough to campus, but a relaxing spot near the water to take walks, enjoy nature and unwind. Lovely home, nice location, quiet community.
We really enjoyed our Dunkirk stay here! The house was amazing and the accommodations were stellar! Really loved the kitchen appliances! It had everything in it my family needed to make our own meals! We also enjoyed grilling on the propane grill for one of our meals! The location is great, just a short walk to a Lake Erie Beach, however, that part of the lake was closed for swimming and it looked really black along the shoreline, but we just went to Wright Beach instead, they had clean beaches and also lifeguards on duty.

Great house very clean
Wonderful place to stay. Only drawbacks were the closed electric plant across the street and the beach there was very dirty. Nice beach up the road near a park which would be great if you had kids. Also no AC in the 2nd bedroom and cailing fan would not work unless the light was also on.
This attractive, very clean cottage has a lovely lake view and is steps away across the road from a sandy public beach on Lake Erie. It’s well equipped and very comfortable. The steps to the upstairs might be a challenge for the frail elderly but there is a sleep couch on the first floor.
Great place and great location.
Beach across the street and a great little park in walking distance.
House was perfect and the owners were very kind.
loved the fresh flowers!
A five star cozy house on the shoreline of lake Erie
Came to lake Erie to fish a walleye tournament this house was perfect for us. Very cozy and accommodating I look forward to staying here again in the future .
The property appeared as advertised and met our needs well! We used the house as a base for exploring the region, and enjoyed the proximity to the beach also. We enjoyed the view of Lake Erie from the enclosed porch!
We absolutely loved staying at this lake view house. It has a great layout and is close to the beach, restaurants and shops. We will definitely be back.
Great little property- clean and quirky- just like we like it. Great location allowed us to visit Niagara Falls, roam through Amish country and enjoy the quiet neighborhood. Allan was a great host- responsive and friendly. Would definitely stay again.
The property was perfect for our quick overnight stay. The house was very clean, and we loved all the new updates. The beds were also very comfortable. Our family had a wonderful time and truly enjoyed the property.
The house is very clean and well equipped. It is directly across from the lake and minutes from the Dunkirk Pier. It is great location for those who want to shop for antiques in nearby Westfield and Fredonia.
Owner communication was wonderful. The home was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our overnight stay. Beautiful view of the lake and a short walk to the lighthouse.
Al’s place is the cutest and clean cottage right on the lake! Neighbors were friendly and Dunkirk was gorgeous! I would recommend this as a great relaxing get away and I will try to book again as soon as possible!
The property was recently remodeled and was very clean, organized and pleasant. The owner checks on us and was very good about communicating with me about my stay and the check-in/check-out process. The views from the house were gorgeous. Can’t wait to return.
It was the perfect place for 5 friends to meet up and stay under the same roof again after 30 years of being apart! Cute, clean, and comfortable. The owner was very kind and responsive.
