Two porches for relaxing or entertaining. Just 2 red brick blocks to historic downtown Guthrie, OK. Family friendly, pet friendly. Washer and Dryer are in the unit as well as Wi-Fi and a smart TV. Stylish decorated with historic details such as high ceilings and hardwood floors. Large windows for bright and inviting feel.

Please note there is NO fenced in area. Pets are welcome with additional pet fee. No smoking inside, please.

Easy access with contactless keypad. There is a security camera on the front porch only for guests' protection. Please note it is ONLY monitored in the event of an incident.

The house is very quaint, remodeled with a combination of original design and charm with a modern twist including the updates you'd want. The home was clean and provided everything needed. The neighborhood seemed older and caused some concerns but there were no issues and I never saw or heard anything alarming the 3 days there.

Quiet, simple and relaxing

Cute cottage in town with everything you could want. Highly recommend for that quick getaway to Guthrie. Lots of shopping and eating near by. Great place to stay with lots of character.

Cutest little house in a great location.Would have liked a bit of local info like recommendations for food. (There are often little books or info sheets and that would've helped. Always capable of doing our own research but really pressed for time on this trip.Asked in emails, but - although emails were responded to - these questions weren't addressed).No biggie, but would've been nice.Sweet little house and very clean!Would definitely recommend.

Buttercup Perfection.

Stayed at Buttercup for 2 nights while in town for Lazy E event. Exactly as described. Clean, cute, comfortable, quiet. Will probably try to stay here again next year! Good communication, easy in and out.
