Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place trash bags in the large trash bin in the utility room
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No additional guests without prior approval. There will be a $100/night charge for each additional guest that was not approved at time of booking.
Quite time is at 10PM. No loud music. No outdoor fires. Guest are not allowed on the property to the west of the house
Check in and out times are firm. $50/hour for every hour you are early or late checking out without prior approval.

Nice place to stay. House is very roomy & could easily accommodate 6/8 guest. We had one night there was a small issue and the owner got it resolved quickly! We enjoyed our stay!

Great Location, Comfortable Home

This house is super comfortable and has a great front porch to relax on. We were minutes from the Lazy E making it easy to come and go as we needed to.

Why they chose this property

I love hearing the birds sing and the rustle of the leaves on the trees. I love sitting on the front porch in the morning before the day begins and in the evening to enjoy the moon light and stars.

What makes this property unique

The property is so close to the Lazy E arena as well as Guthrie, Ok. We are located half way between Edmond and Guthrie.
