GUEST ACCESS

You will have complete access to the entire home and carport. The house is walled and the backyard is completely private! You will be greeted in person at your check-in and given the door code.

*No pets allowed on the property; owners have severe pet allergies.

*You must be 25 years or older to rent a vacation home in Palm Springs.

* Guest will be required to pay for actual usage of gas and electric. Billed at cost plus 10%. A $1000 utility deposit will be required for each 29-day booking.
