Zoagli is 2km away, Portofino 15km, Genoa 30km, Pisa 130km, and Florence 220km.

CAR or TAXI is a MUST as Zoagli train station is about 2km away, and the road has no sidewalk and it goes up. Once at the gated community's entrance, at the guardian's office, the access to the Villa is another 300 m down and your car or the taxi can go down to it and park right in front of Villa Beatrice.

Stunning, spacious property with amazing views!. Property owner and manager were both friendly and responsive. Home and grounds are well maintained and it was excellent place for our family of seven adults to gather with our own private spaces as well as lovely indoor and outdoor gathering areas. Kitchen was adequate with a good coffee maker. Be aware that traveling to and from the property can be challenging for those not familiar with the area and trains travel through a nearby tunnel frequently.

Surreal and unforgettable setting

Fantastic Villa and unbelievable setting. Would pinch myself every morning looking out the floor to ceiling windows. For check in, Marta was very communicative and met us to grab key and drop off at check out. Given beautiful setting and crazy roads, may want to prepare to eat at villa for a few meals vs drive out for every meal (quite a few switch backs to get to main road and then 10-15 minute drive to most restaurants)

Awesome experience

We stayed for 3 nights and had the best time! The views are incredible, the place has a pool, gym, washer and dryer, and all the amenities you could possibly need! I will say the gym was pretty outdated but still usable! We went out to dinner 2 nights but cooked at the place 1 night and they had everything we needed! Truly no complaints and can't recommend this place anymore! Last thing I'll say, the devious very steep with a few sharp turns! Cool views but can be tricky with a van or big car! Marta was very nice and easy to communicate with!

Amazing villa

Wow amazing dream like . We felt we were in a 1970s film . The villa is huge space for everyone . stylish and homely at the same time . The pool is fabulous with the most beautiful view . The access to the sea was just magical . We were a party of 13 with children from 10 - 17 no one ever felt like they did not have their own space . The check in was smooth Marta was just lovely . Could have stayed for much longer . You do need a car .But one your in it just heavenly . Thank you so much ! Will be coming again .

Extraordinary

Our family stayed just four nights and it was clearly not enough time to fully appreciate the house and its setting on the Riviera. Spacious and well kept, the house is an architectural gem terraced into the landscape. Save for the rusty railings (please paint these!), the house is in good shape with manicured gardens, pathways, a great pool and shared access to the water. The kitchen is generally well stocked, though you may want to pick up some extra paper towels and soaps. Marta made check-in a breeze. But the headline here is the views views views! Unbelievable setting and just removed enough from the fray of Chiavari and Rapallo, while close enough for an outing of shopping and dining. This was a great find for us and we would love to return!
