La Villa Italiana is a grand, historic, and newly renovated villa located 50 metres from the sea. DesiDesigned by the renowned Art Nouveau/Liberty architect Luigi “Gino” Coppedé (1866-1927),, the villa has recently undergone a complete renovation, restoring it to its original grandeur. Its exquisite wooden ceilings, the intricate designs of its original parquet floors, and the majestic spaces throughout the building are sure to captivate even the most casual observer.

Situated just 50 metres (165 feet) from the sea on the stunning Italian Riviera, the villa is nestled within a large, serene private park spanning 1,600 square metres (0.4 acres). The property offers ample parking for up to 3 cars and is a mere 3-minute walk (300m) from the Ligurian Sea. It’s also just a 12-minute walk to the charming town of Sori with its expansive beach, or a 15-minute walk to the picturesque town of Bogliasco.

La Villa Italiana boasts 5 bedrooms, each with a sea view, and 4 bathrooms, accommodating up to 13 guests. However, the villa is ideally suited for 6–10 guests to enjoy the highest level of comfort. The villa spans over 500 square metres (5,382 square feet) across 14 rooms and is fully air-conditioned, with heating and cooling provided by a state-of-the-art heat pump. Additionally, the property includes 5 terraces, offering a total surface area of more than 100 square metres (1,074 square feet)."

Beyond offering dream holiday rentals, La Villa Italiana is also a great venue for small destination weddings, ceremonies, corporate retreats, and special occasions.
