HOUSE RULES:
Due to the private and upscale nature of our property, we ask our guests to please respect our booking requirements, which include:
- Guests are required to sign our Rental Agreement prior to the date of check-in. Our standard Rental Agreement is provided by VRBO to review upon booking.
- No parties or events.
- No pets allowed.
- Commercial or business use of the property (including filming/photography) is strictly prohibited unless pre-approved by the property owner.
- No subletting or wholesaling.
- Guests must be 25 years or older to book. The person booking the home must be one of the occupants and will be the responsible party.
- Minimum nightly stay: 5 nights
- Maximum occupancy is 12 adults
- This is a non-smoking property. No smoking/vaping of any kind is permitted, including outdoors. Guests will be charged an extra fee if there is any evidence of smoking.
- No more than 4 vehicles allowed. No trailers or RVs. Vehicles must be parked under the carport. Street parking in the area is strictly prohibited.
- In addition to our cleaning fee, VRBO fees, and taxes, we also require a security deposit for all reservations.
