Partially Enclosed Sitting Area. Floating Docks with Room for 2 Waverunners and it has a Comfortable Kayak Launch On The Imperial River About 1 Mi To The Gulf. Fresh Decorating, Full Size Fridge, 1.5 Mi 2 Beach. Fresh Shower. Bath is off Bedroom. Completely Renovated 05/2023. This is One Half of a Duplex.
