This unit is on the 4th floor of building 4 which is the 4 furthest building from the beach. This unit looks over the Gulf of Mexico.
This unit is self check in. You will be given a door code for entry in your email or inbox.
There is an elevator in this building.
Beach access is across the street about a 5 minute walk.
Parking is FREE but you will need a pass from the office.
This unit has a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa.
Not included: beach umbrella, refill paper products and any consumable items.

The Neighborhood:
BB&T is located right across the street from Bonita Beach making it a quick walk to the sand and Doc's Beach house. Uber/Lyft is very common in the area accompanied with the local trolly. Download the app TRANSIT to see all of the local routes.

The beach was right across the street so we didn’t have to pay to park so that was a plus! Beach chairs and everything we needed provided at the condo! Beautiful place perfect location! Loved it!

Excellent location with a sunset ocean view

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time staying in our unit. The unit was clean, the decorating and layout was better than expected. The only things that could have improved were a new bed (it worked but needs to be updated), the shower doors need to be replaced, there were no wash clothes, dish clothes, or liquid soap until we asked. The bright spot was that Tucker the handyman was available and took care of our running toilet and anything we needed in a short amount of time. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

Great location!

We had a great experience here. The location was very nice...a small walk to the beach. A couple of restaurants are within walking distance as well. Condo was clean and comfortable.

Great location, but unit disappointing

This condo is in a great location. Management was responsive when we contacted them with an issue upon arrival. Liked the make-up mirror and great that a hair dryer was supplied. But, don’t be deceived by the posted photos. Complex is old and dated. This unit is worn and well loved and could use a deep cleaning and some repairs.. Couldn’t get fan in living area to work, shower would only flow if handle was placed in precisely the right spot, TV froze when drawer below it was closed, toilet flapper disconnected and had to be put back multiple times while there, the seat of one beach chair was hanging on by a thread and couldn’t be used and the bed was extremely worn and lumpy. Will not be returning.

Perfect spot for a single or couple

So close to the beach and great places to eat. Communication with Tucker was amazing, so accommodating and helpful. Loved the condo, thanks so much for having me! I will be back!
