The location was good, within walking distance of several restaurants and just a few minute drive to the resort. The place was not very clean and we did not get the access code to the place until we made contact with the host, it was

VRBO sucks

Drove 6.5 hours to arrive at thw location and the location was already rented to another family. This was after VRBO taking patment and sending a confirmation email. Contacted VRBO and they stated it would be impossible to find another place to stay. Challenging not impossible my wife found anotger place in an hour. VRBO pretty much stated not our problem.

Owner Double Booked - yet to be refunded

The property owner double-booked and texted me two days before my stay and said, "Sorry, this was already booked for your dates." However, VRBO had already taken my money and now it is a week later and I have still not been reimbursed.Not only did it leave me and my out-of-town guests in a lurch two days before NYE, but we are also having to fight to get our money refunded with no help or communication from the owner.I DO NOT recommend this property!!!!

Pictures and description did not depict what we actually showed up to stay in. Condo was very dirty and very outdated. Dust on floors, ceiling fans and around tables and chairs. Bed sheets had not been changed. Human hair and fresh stains found on sheets as well as a dirty pair of socks that were left under the sheets from a previous stay. Sliding glass door blinds did not work, which decreased privacy as it faced the parking lot. Fire detector was hanging from the ceiling with wires disconnected and inoperable. Reached out to the owner and got no response. Had to leave that night to find a hotel 35 minutes away to try to find somewhere to stay for our vacation. Never had an experience like this before. NOT a cozy 2 bedroom condo as advertised. Terrible!

Sorry that you had a bad experience I talked to my cleaning service and have had these issues addressed. Im not sure as to what is not up to date or as described the pictures are of the unit that is provided with large smart tv's new wood floors tile in bathrooms as well as fresh paint in main rooms. We will take you're comments and strive to make sure this does not occur in the future. Thank you
