This is a beautifully decorated two bedroom, single story villa at Legacy Villas on Heritage Drive.

The Space:
This Villa boasts one of the most premier locations in Legacy Villas as it has its own expansive lawn, perfect for lawn games and kids! Enjoy the privacy of having no neighbors off your patio, while also being a short walk away from a pool. This property is single story with no upstairs neighbors, making it a perfect option for a quiet and relaxing getaway. There are 2 bedrooms, each with a King bed, master bathroom and access to a patio with a secluded grass lawn. Each of the 2 master bathrooms has a walk in shower and large soaking tub. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the essentials needed to make your stay enjoyable. The living room has a brand new sectional sofa and smart TV with live cable channels as well as streaming capabilties. The dining room has a beautiful chandelier and upgraded dining table, perfect for meals with family and friends.

The main pool and clubhouse are located just across the street with a large beach entry pool and shaded cabanas. Enjoy the Legacy Grill on the weekends or relax in the Hammock Gardens surrounded by palm trees. Take a hike along the mountain borders or take a short drive to downtown La Quinta or La Quinta Resort & Spa. Enjoy everything that Legacy Villas has to offer and you will find yourself returning year after year! Enjoy plenty of newly installed EV chargers throughout the community!

Please note that there are 2 King beds in this villa, a luxury queen air mattress can be provided upon request to sleep additional guests.

This was an extremely attractive community with beautiful lodgings and pools and hot tubs everywhere. First time to the area and the weather was perfect. There are many excellent restaurants within 10-15 min. Checkin was easy and communication was speedy from the time we made the reservation to checkout. Our unit was comfortable, clean, attractive and well equipped.

Perfect for our needs

Perfect place for us and our two little dogs. Location is great, we love La Quinta and golf. And the area is great for walking with and without dogs. Allie, the property manager was easy to work with and responsive. Kitchen outfitted with a good array of pots and pans, but you'll need foil, ziplocks, etc if you plan on cooking your meals. Overall, would stay there again and again.

Quiet resort-like desert location in spacious very private ground level condo/townhome. Very well equipped, easy in and out of secured community, multiple pools to enjoy with sufficient lounge chairs and tables. Fully furnished with professional yet very relaxing decor. Excellent to share w another couple due to interior and patio layout. Slight wear to some cabinets/ upholstery is easily ignorable due to overall cleanliness and interior quality. This one is a keeper!

Legacy Villas is a beautiful property. Our unit was perfect for the 3 of us and 1 dog. It had everything we needed and was quite comfortable. We parked right in front of our unit. On the negative side, check-in was at 4PM and check out was 10AM. We are used to 3PM/11AM at most places we stay. I know it's only an hour different but we really felt rushed when leaving. Also, the patio furniture needs cleaning. Very dirty. We love to use the outdoor space and had to clean the chairs and table before we could sit down. Overall, a very nice stay. I would recommend this villa.

Great home!

We had a great time at this property! It was beautifully decorated and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The pools were very clean and some had amazing mountain views. The home is equipped with everything you need including the kitchen being fully stocked with whatever you need to prepare meals. The only minor complaint I have is that I had to contact the vacation rental staff the night before to inquire about the check-in process as it was past 10pm and I hadn’t received anything on check-in and we were checking in the next day. In addition, I notified the vacation rental contact person that I would arrive at a certain time and I was told that there would be someone present to greet us and give us the code to enter upon our arrival. We waited a bit over 10 minutes before a gentleman arrived. It would have been great if we were provided with an access code to the home as for us it was an inconvenience as we had kids who had to go to the bathroom. After this, everything else was smooth sailing. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful property in La Quinta. The place was spacious, nicely furnished, very clean, and very comfortable. This property is comfortable enough and reasonably well equipped, it is in a nice quiet location but would really benefit from a deep clean and perhaps an update. We found the property to be quite dark and the lighting wasn't great. We love this location and have ben to Legacy Villas before and will certainly come again.

Amazing family getaway!

Since a beautiful location and great amenities. The pools are fantastic and the main pool has a beach entrance just perfect for little ones!! The villa is well appointed and perfect for families with durable furniture and a double master set up. Couldn't ask for more in a family vacation house. First floor location and easy plentiful parking is ideal for the grandparents and toddlers alike!! Will definitely be back again.
