Villa Pura Vida - All Inclusive Options

Your dream vacation awaits at Villa Pura Vida. 5,200 square feet of pure luxury located on a beautiful double lot with ocean views. The Villa includes an extremely well equipped cook's kitchen with everything you need, four ensuite bedrooms, and an office with a queen size pull out sofa. A second queen size pull out sofa can be found in the living room for extra sleeping accommodations. The expansive rancho provides an amazing outdoor space with both sun and shaded options for enjoying the private pool. The attached jacuzzi overflows into the pool creating a peaceful waterfall. The rancho also includes an outdoor grill, bar, and dining.

With a 5 min drive into Playas Del Coco you would find a vast selection of restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and night life.

High speed internet of 300 mbps and a home office will allow you to work remotely. A reserve water tank and backup generator will ensure you have an amazing vacation.

Villa Pura Vida is just a short walk to the famous Father Rooster's Restaurant on Ocotal Beach. Ocotal is known for the great snorkeling in the calm waters. We provide snorkel gear for rent on site.

AMAZING

What a beautiful space! Joe and Sarah have a fantastic place with everything you could want/need. The pool and view are incredible and give a great option if you want to have a place outside and have the option to get out of the sun for a bit. Very short walk to the beach as well as walking for two different restaurants.The house was great for a family so everyone had a private space but also a communal spot to have meals/play games/etc, would highly recommend to anyone traveling to that area of Costa Roca!

Only a 5 min drive into Playas del Coco and a 45 min drive to the Liberia Airport. Ocotal is quiet, safe, and relaxing. Wake up to the howler monkeys in the yard and the birds singing.
