Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The Rental Agreement is to be signed within 24 hours of booking and ID provided to keep the reservation and allow entry to the home.
The guest count must be the same as the reservation. Guests over 6 - $50/night . Non-registered guests: $150/penalty fee per person/day at any time.
There are security cameras outside. Covering security cameras is not allowed. A noise decibel monitor present.

Very Zen with a wonderful view of majestic mountains

The hosts went over expectations with a welcome gift to make us feel special. The outdoor space was detailed as there was much space to relax and enjoy. Inside was clean and hosts gave us plenty of ways to enjoy the house as well. Overall we enjoyed ourselves and did not want for anything more.

Unique getaway

We wanted an extended getaway in the desert and chose this home. First, the host is the best. Extremely responsive and has pride of ownership. The home has everything you could need. Very well stocked. Great mountain views and the backyard is everything that you see in the photos. The neighborhood is very quiet and you can have a good night's rest in peace. Comfortable bed (we only used the master bedroom). Just a note that this is higher up than Palm Springs or Palm Desert so it's about 5 to 10 degrees cooler and there are times it's windy while it may not be 15 minutes away. While there are some places in the area for restaurants, most of the shopping and restaurants that we wanted were about 20 to 30 minutes away. The house was very well equipped so we often hung at there.

Local Oasis

I really did like the property, I could say that it's definitely better than the description and pictures much more beautiful and fully equipped. Amazing home, beautiful pool, relaxing spa, extra clean, and my favorite part has to be the bed in the master bedroom. It was so comfortable you don't want to get up. However I must say one flaw. I was not comfortable with the fact that I received 2 messages from the host regarding noise complaint from the neighbors. It was a long weekend with family. We weren't making that much noise and it was early before 10:00 p.m. and again long weekend. You know fun quality family time at the pool of course kids are going to be loud and we're going to have music but I wasn't really that comfortable with the fact that it was brought to my attention twice. I felt like I didn't have that much privacy even though we didn't do anything wrong and I understand they're taking care of their property and making sure everything's respected and taken care of but it didn't feel like there was that much privacy.

Great desert oasis exactly as listed

Had a great stay at this beautiful property. The pool area is especially a highlight and well appointed looks just like the pictures. Communication was easy and check in easy as well. They went out of their way to accomidate our needs. Enjoy this great spot.
