Gentle Winds - bright, clean and remodeled condo is on the beautiful and tropical North Shore beach near Salt River.
2 Bed 2 Bath, plus garden room that can function as a 3rd bedroom, plus an office, all on ONE-story, with the luxury of walking right out the back screened porch door to the pool, ocean and Snack Shack Restaurant.
Enjoy all sunny, warm and tropical St Croix has to offer during the day, with the option of an air conditioner in every room for cool sleeping.. Or simply open the doors for a lovely breeze.

Condo amenities:
*Two traditional bedrooms plus a convertible garden room, means three sleeping spaces all with their own mini split air conditioners:
1.) Seaside suite with king bed and private bathroom
2.) Landside bedroom with two queen beds
3.) Garden room with high ceiling and ocean views through the sliding door, this room has a queen sleeper sofa and a twin sleeper sofa and can function as a third bedroom or extra living space
*Office Space with a/c, full wall sliding glass door for sun or fresh air
*Two bathrooms with plenty of towels, hair dryer and extras

Great location

We have owned a place on St. Croix so we were familiar with Gentle Winds but had never staid there. The condo was a convient location, wonderful view and had all the amentities that you need for an island stay. The complex is one of the best on the island for a swimable beach and snack shack. It is also close to our favorite beach Cane Bay. We would definitely recomend and stay here again!

Without a doubt the nicest place to stay on St Croix. Clean, newly renovated, on the beach with a pool and a food stand that serves Caribbean cocktails as well. There is no need to go anywhere once you have arrived at this tropical resort. If you need to relax and enjoy the sun and surf, this is the place to be.

Living in Paradise

This place was incredible. The accommodations were perfect. Condo was beautiful. You do not have to leave this property with the burger bar by the pool. Private beach. Easy to get anywhere. I’m a very very frequent visitor to St Croix. I’m not going to stay anywhere else. Property manager made it as simple as can be. If I could give it 10 stars I would. Already have had a talk with her about coming back.

Great Stay!

Owner was accessible prior to and during our stay. The unit is pictured and described accordingly. We love Gentle Winds and recommend it if you like peace and quiet in beautiful surroundings. The unit had everything we needed + comfy beds, beautiful kitchen and appliances. Updated throughout. Plenty of sleep space for large groups. We enjoyed our visit and would stay in this unit again.

I organized a trip to St. Croix with a large group of friends. Gentle Winds was the perfect spot for all of us. In total we rented 4 units to house the 20 guests and it worked out perfectly. This is a great unit in a great community. The owner has done a nice remodel, had the unit well stocked and was clean. The check in - check out process was seamless and communication with the host was great.

Best vacation rental I’ve ever stayed at! We felt so comfortable here and it had everything that we needed and more. The bathrooms were stocked with fluffy towels. The primary bedroom had an extremely comfortable bed with a big tv and an AC unit. The kitchen had everything you could possible need. Quick and reliable wifi. It was beautifully decorated and every thing was modern while still maintaining a charming mid-century modern feel. The pool and snack shack were so fun to hang out at and the employees were very kind. Our favorite was the beach, it was amazing to be able to have a beautiful beach so close to where we were staying. So many walks on the beach at sunset, as well as exploring some of the tide pools to the right side of the beach. The host was kind and quick with her responses as well. Overall, we are so happy we chose this rental and can’t wait to plan our next trip!!!
