You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owner for accidents or claims arising from using bunk beds, using the loft, using the gas fireplace, using the outdoor fire pit, swimming, hiking or using the kayaks.

Perfect spot for 3 families (2 from AL & ours from VA) to come together to watch our son play in a college baseball tournament at Piedmont University. Bunk beds were perfect for 3 boys and other bedrooms very accommodating for couples. Took kayak and boat out on pond one afternoon.

The Days Cabin was perfect for our yearly family reunion. Plenty of parking space and the cabin was roomy, clean, had comfy beds and well equipped kitchen and baths. We really enjoyed the kayaks and fire pit. Communication with the host gets an A. We’re looking forward to another visit next year

Family Christmas weekend

Our family had a great time at the Day Cabin. Beautiful location and easy access to Helen and Cleveland. Cabin was spacious and perfect for our family of 9. We especially enjoyed our time around the fire pit and made wonderful memories with our grown children and grandchildren. Would definitely recommend and look forward to booking again.

Excellent place

We really enjoyed this place. It was clean and beautiful. We had no issues with the property and enjoyed it being a few minutes from Helen where we could relax and enjoy our quiet evenings. I personally recommend this property. We found that it was easily accessible to Helen, Anna Ruby falls, and to get to the grocery store when needed.

Fabulous family Thanksgiving

We loved our stay. Deer were everywhere and we were close to lots of fun things to do and see. There were 4 adults and 8 teenagers and young adults. The house had plenty of room. The kitchen is well appointed. The bank deck is very beautiful.

Our stay at the Day Family Cabin couldn’t have been better! The cabin was very spacious for my group of 12. We loved using the fire pit and games they offered. Kat’s communication was great and got back to all my questions just within a few minutes. The cabin provided s’more kits and coffee for all of my guests which we throughly enjoyed. I would definitely recommend this place to stay if you are planning a trip to Helen and the northern Georgia mountains!

Great House on Private Pond

This house was exceptional. We found everything just as described. The boys loved going out in the paddle boat and fishing in the pond. The addition of the fire pit was perfect and our group enjoyed making s'mores. The rooms were comfortable and the house was well maintained. We had so much fun, we just wish we could have stayed longer.

Great location!

My husband and I and two other couples came to Cleveland for the weekend to attend an event at Yonah Mountain Winery. This location could not have been more convenient. Yonah Mountain winery was less than a 5 minute drive which is where we spent the day on Saturday. On Friday evening, we tried Serenity Cellars for the first time which was anlso only about 5 minutes. Enjoyed wine on their patio and live music. The house is just as described. Has a big kitchen and lots of seating. We enjoyed our mornings drinking coffee on the back deck but there was also a nice screened in porch on the bottom level.

Good location

The property met our needs to house a few different family groups close to a wedding venue. The beds were very comfortable, great fresh linens and towels, though we could have used extra towels and definitely more hand towels. The Keurig was not working, but there was a coffee pot. When we arrived, the floors throughout had clearly not been cleaned and were dirty both carpeting and the bathrooms and hard flooring. We vacuumed and wiped up the floors ourselves. There were a couple lightbulbs out as well. So a few points that needed attention, but other than that, it met expectations. Beautiful spot and beautiful cabin! Very responsive host!

Winery Wedding Weekend

We had a family wedding at a winery about 5 minutes from this home. It is also easy access to the heart of Cleveland or Helen. Our stay was for two nights for seven adults and a toddler. The home is on a wooded, private, hillside lot with a view of the pond. A path and steps leads down the hill to a small dock and a paddle boat. There is a nice large firepit with chairs, just need to bring/buy wood. We didn’t get a chance to use it but noticed it was a quarter full with water but I’m sure it could be drained. We did enjoy the deck and there is a lower level screened in porch too. The inside is just as the pictures show. We had plenty of room for the 7 of us and more. All the rooms were tastefully decorated and very comfortable. We appreciated the bright white bath and bed linens too. The three spacious private bedrooms worked best for us. The loft bedroom area is also nice, just too open to the common living and dining areas below for us. There was a shortage of space for hanging clothes. Due to the wedding being formal, we had several suits and dresses on hangers and no where to hang them all. On the plus side, three full bathrooms were definitely a bonus. We would definitely stay here again.
