Hide Away, Peaceful, Cozy cabin

Leave your worries behind and join Sasquatch at his HideOut. Take in the great views to the north from the large deck and enjoy dinner on the deck in the screened-in area. Quiet, easy living, snoozing on the deck then dining and grilling outside is the plan for the day.
Inside the cozy cabin offers 2 bedrooms, each with king-size beds. 2 baths, and an open living area all on one level. The bedrooms and baths are on opposite sides of the living area to give lots of privacy to all. Each bathroom has been renovated with a tiled walk-in shower.
Gather together by the wood-burning stove in the cooler months while sharing in food preparations in the well-equipped kitchen. Fiber internet for all your devices and a streaming TV to watch a game, or listen to your favorite tunes. In warmer months enjoy the coolness of the cabin with the sunny days just outside the door.
Sasquatch welcomes all, whether it is a romantic getaway for two. A besties couple's getaway, or a family gathering. Sassy Q says “come on! Enjoy, relax, connect, and hide out with me for a while”.
Sasquatch HideOut is minutes from many wineries and breweries. Some wine tours will pick up your group at the cabin, or nearby. Ask for details.
Easy drive to the Alpine town of Helen, GA. Great hiking trails, kayak input just a few miles down the road, and world-renown trout fishing are around the corner. HideOut in the beautiful North Georgia mountains with many conveniences minutes away.

Great Time in Helen

My friend and I wanted to visit Helen and we stayed in this cabin for the weekend. The cabin is well kept, cozy, comfortable and the view from the deck is beautiful. It was very close to downtown Helen. We had a wonderful time and Louise is a great host! We will definitely stay here on our next visit to Helen.

The cabin is secluded, quiet, and peaceful. The views are just like described in the description. Location is just far enough out of town to be convenient. Host was super nice and helpful. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect for a weekend getaway

The property and cabin were perfect for the 4 of us and our 2 dogs. The large deck allowed the dogs and kids to play outside, even after dark. Location is very close to Helen and other nearby attractions.

Perfect spot for two couples!

Cute little spot that provided everything we needed for a fun little get away! Nice view off the back deck, quiet area, close to everything you want to do but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. We loved the stocked kitchen where we were able to cook a majority of the meals. There is a nice large screened in porch that helps keeps the bugs at bay. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would rent again!

My parents and I (and our dog) absolutely loved our stay at Sasquatch Hideout and should have extended our stay, we didn’t want to leave! The view from the deck was breathtaking, our mornings were spent there with coffee and cocoa enjoying the serenity and the view. The house exceeded our expectations (those mattresses are amazing!). It had everything we needed, the location is close to many activities but also secluded in a beautiful neighborhood. Louise was a great host and the checkin process was a breeze. We can’t wait to stay here again.

What a comfortable well laid out house. The view is beautiful and the surroundings are peaceful. The location is conveniently close to towns and sights. The house came with some supplies and was well equipped. Highly recommend this mountain retreat.

Perfect place to unwind

Perfect place for our annual girls trip. Place was clean and comfy with a spectacular view. In a nice, quiet residential area within walking distance of a local winery. Host was quick to respond to any questions/concerns and very accomodating. Plenty to see/do in the area and we enjoyed our stay. Will definitely be back one day!

Cabin in the mountains

This is a lovely cabin in the mountains with a gorgeous view. All of the rooms are beautiful. It is a wonderful place for peace and quiet. Each bedroom has its own beautiful bathroom. Two decks with patio furniture in both. I highly recommend this location.
