Great spot for a getaway.

Incredibly clean, feels like a new house. Host easy to reach and on top of everything. Off-street parking was super-helpful. Would stay there again without hesitation.

Terrible experience — no hot water, unresponsive host, and wasted time.We stayed here for 2 nights and the property was uninhabitable in key ways. There was no hot water for the entire stay, meaning we could not shower or bathe our children. The gas was also off, leaving the kitchen unusable for much of the trip.We wasted nearly a full day waiting for a technician, but because the host was completely unresponsive — not replying until 1:20 AM — the repair couldn’t be completed. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this, the issue was never fixed.For a short trip, losing basic utilities and a full day of vacation is unacceptable. The host acknowledged the problem but offered only a token refund. VRBO also failed to provide meaningful support.We would strongly caution anyone considering this property. At this price point, you should expect a functional, well-managed home. Instead, we received poor communication, missing essential services, and a ruined family stay.

This guest allowed the gas company In for a routine upgrade which left the gas off for a short period of time. I contacted the gas company to turn the gas back on once I was informed. This only effected one day of their multiple day stay and would not have happened if they did not let them in. This guest then denied payment for the entire stay with their credit card company after sending me threatening messages. VRBO has denied their allegations and refund requests. Perhaps they were looking for a free stay. I can assure all guests all utilities including gas and hot water are in working order
