This amazing beach condo is in the heart of Seaside Heights, less than 300ft. from Seaside's World Famous ferris wheel, boardwalk, beach, restaurants & amusements; directly across from the water park. Amazing restaurants and convenience stores.. Hands down- the best location in town! Enjoy the 1 minute walk to the beach! Great for couples, families, and small groups. The condo is ground level, hidden and set back. Beach badges are available and one on-site assigned complimentary parking spot along with a propane grill for use on the outdoor patio along with plenty of outdoor seating to entertain. The condo features a streaming smart TV only and WiFi included. A fully equipped kitchen along with a cozy living room to relax in at your leisure. The condo is walking distance to almost everything. Between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day weekend you can expect the area to be lively, yet quiet at night. During the off season it’s very quiet. Why they chose this property
There is so much to do! The beach and boardwalk is footsteps away, the waterpark is directly across the street, and you can literally walk everywhere! It’s a lively area but after 9pm, surprisingly its very calm and quiet.
What makes this property unique
Life is good! The condo is ground level and there are no stairs. It is very cozy and has everything necessary that you would need to have an enjoyable stay in Seaside Heights. There is a large patio with a propane grill that is excellent for entertaining and just hanging out with your group. There is Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen for those who do not want to eat out every day along with very comfortable beds. There are five beach badges included with this listing so that entry to the beach is included. The location can’t be beat. The condo is set back on the property so that there is a sense of privacy. One complementary parking accommodation is available in the share driveway or if you feel more comfortable, you may use a parking tag provided by me to park anywhere you’d like on the street.
