The host helped with the lighting problem, the stopped up drain and getting locked out of the bathroom quickly and efficiently. The staff was very friendly. The condo was good for our size group in many ways. . Another couch in the living room would be nice. The AC and nice hot water was great. The wifi and cell reception is likely not your fault but it was continually a challenge. Overall we were pleased.

The condo was very roomy and it fit our needs. Unfortunately, we had rain half of our time. We enjoyed our stay.

Beach Baseball stay

Property was well kept. Loved the deer all over. Weather prevented us from using all facilities because of baseball tournaments.

Bethany Beach Family Trip

Check in was seamless. Everything was great about property except the description stated an elevator and there was not one. In addition, the dishwasher did not work…did not realize this until the last day. Enough space for 7 ppl comfortably.

We cannot seem to locate where you noted that the description stated the property has an elevator and apologize that this was thought to be the case. Condo at Bethany Bay

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The check-in process was easy, just a little cumbersome in the fact that you needed to drive to bear trap dunes to get pool passes, and the code for the door, instead of just being able to check in on site. The condo was very clean, and the welcome bag of starter toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags was nice. I was a little surprised to see that hand soap was not included in the rental. The linens were nice, and the directions for returning were easy. Having access to the pool is wonderful! Our group certainly enjoyed our stay.
