Amazing 4 bedroom & 3.5 bath townhome located in mid-town Ocean City Md. Ocean block ..just steps away from the beach or the bay.This townhome was the sales model & was professionally decorated. Relax on any of the 3 balconies & enjoy views of both the ocean & the bay. Townhome has a two car garage & plenty of street parking (no permit req.) This townhome is perfect for multifamilies!!

This amazing townhouse is for vacationing without compromises. This townhome features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 5 smart TVS & wireless internet. New for 2024... bamboo hardwood floors on rugs on the 3rd floor.

The main living area is decorated in palm/tropical theme. The open living area features a Tommy Bahama couch, love seat, & over stuffed chair. A full-sized futton, armoire, coffee table, end tables, & 43 smart TV finish the living area (comfortably seating 9 to 10 guests). The living area flows into the dining area where six guests can sit comfortably at the table & 3 more at the bar area. Three steps up & you are in the kitchen area. The kitchen boasts of newer applicances (oven, micro-wave, dishwasher, refrigerator/ice maker, toaster oven, blender, coffee maker, skillet etc.. The kitchen over- looks the dining & living areas, and has full set of windows over sink area. The kitchen has corian counter tops & breakfast bar. To the right of the kitchen sits a powder room and laundry area with a full size washer & dryer with shelf space,
The 1st bedroom is on the entry floor & has a set of bunks, 1 armoire, 32" smart TV, & storage under the bottom bunk. Attached to this room is a full sized private bath. The 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms, all with vaulted ceilings are on the 3rd floor. The 2nd bedroom with nautical theme consists of a pyramid bunk, 32" smart TV and extra fold-out cot. The 3rd bedroom is beautifully decorated in a topical theme, and has a queen sized pillow top bed with 32" smart TV. These bedrooms share a full sized hall bath. The 4th bedroom (master suite) is amazing !!! The bedroom boasts a tropical decor with a Queen size bed (memory foam-pillow top mattress), armoire/dresser, end tables, 32" smart TV, & vaulted ceilings. The bedroom flows into the master bath with 2 sinks, separate toliet, & oversized walk-in shower.
You can enter the home through the front porch or garage for easy access. The garage opens to a paved alley way, which is just 1 building over from the pool.
This townhome is located MID-TOWN, accessable to many of Ocean City's prime eateries & clubs. .Acoss the street is Johnny''s Pizza, Dunkin Donuts, Liquor Matket. Close by is Secrets, Mackeys, Fagers Island & much much more.

Very Nice

This townhouse is in a great location within walking distance of many eating locations. Check-in process was very easy and communication with owner was very easy through out the entire booking. Would highly recommend this place.

Great ocean getaway

We liked the townhouse and its location. Short walk to the beach, and right across the street from Dunkin, Fractured Prune, and a great pizza place. Also appreciated the chairs and accessories in the garage. Wonderful time had by all.

This beautiful townhouse had plenty of space for our large family! Great location! The pool is small, but we still enjoyed it after long days at the beach. Lots of stairs so our older family members struggled a bit. The main level stays nice and cool, but the upper levels stay a little warmer. The garage was an added bonus! We couldn't fit 2 vehicles in it, but it was great to have. The door actually broke the day we arrived but the owner was very responsive and got it fixed as soon as possible! It sits right next to coastal highway so it can be a bit noisy at times. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend this unit to future guests!

Clean property. Lots of communication with the owner. Keyless check in for smooth process. Some noise as it is a corner uniit. Lots of atwps between floor which we didnt mind but might bot work for everyone. Lots of space for the familu to spread out and relax.

Great location and very responsive owner

The location was great and they had nice chairs and umbrellas to use for the beach, added perk for not all location have this for renters. Acess to the beach was very close. The kids loved the fact Dunking Donuts was across the street and the wives liked having local shops within walking distance. The owner was very nice to speak with and very responsive. My husband and I typically prefer a firmer bed, but if you like soft queen size beds this is the rental property for you.

Nice, though not especially quiet

There was some dried egg on the counter, which the cleaning service missed. The AC worked pretty well, and the ceiling fans helped quite a bit. The unit didn't get noticeably hotter when we made pies. Garage was easily accessible. Only other complaint was exterior noise due to proximity to street: kids being loud late at night. Nothing owner can do about that, though.

Great for all ages

The location was great. 3 parents were with us and was more difficult to walk long distance so this was a great location to get to and from the beach. Though at night (or luck of neighbors) it could get noisy when trying to put smaller kids at night it was great to be able to have both bay and ocean views from the decks. The pool wasn't well taken care of so we didn't use it. When we got there/through week as we were cleaning up ourselves we noticed some pots in the cabinets which were not clean and trash/toys under couches and beds. So unfortunately we had a little more cleaning so we did not leave anything behind. Talking back and forth beforehand was very efficient and David was able to answer all of our questions to be ready to go. We are keeping this property on our favorites list and hopefully will get a chance to come back again. It was a much needed time away and it was great to go to such a fantastic location.

Awesome location for older kids/adults

The property was awesome but being right on the corner of the highway the traffic was loud at all hours of the night. We had great weather and enjoyed the relaxing vibe of the house. It was beautiful and made you feel at home and we had plenty of room. The area is great for teens and adults but I found it very busy for little kids. We may return for an adult trip minus the kids to enjoy the nightlife. My communication with the property owner was excellent and he was very informative and answered any questions I had promptly. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect place for our family

My trip included my retired parents, husband, son, and brother's family. The house was perfect for our entire family. There was plenty of space, clean, and it was also nice that there was a 2 car garage to park our cars in after our 3.5 hour drive from PA. Dave was very responsive to my questions during my trip, and the lady at the rental office who gave me the key was very kind. Perks is that it is a short walk to the beach. It is close to Fractured Prune and other shopping areas. My parents were able to wake up early and walk to enjoy the area while the rest of the family was asleep. There was plenty of room for the entire family. I loved how spacious master shower was and the fact that there are many showers in the house with hot water for everybody. This beats going to a hotel and having to wait forever for each person to use the 1 shower and taking forever to go out for dinner. We were able to quickly get ready and go out after a day at the beach. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you again Dave for a seamless stay and sharing your beautiful home with us!

Great location, great townhouse!

High quality furnishing. Fully equipped kitchen with quality appliciances, dishes, etc. Garage was great to have and had beach umbrellas, chair, boogie boards. Issue with one bed but was handled immediately after contacting owner. The only negative was how loud the bottom bedroom was to the outside and balcony doors being opened and closed. This is the end unit closed to the highway.
