Located on the top floor has elevator access with both an open and covered outdoor deck with a large table with chairs perfect for family outdoor dinners after a day of boating or swimming at the waterpark. A small private swimming pool with covered area for family get- togethers is located right beside the building. Full amenities including gas grill, fully stocked kitchen, granite countertops, flat screen TV, in-unit laundry as well as a pack-n-play and booster seat for your little one. Many new furniture upgrades during the fall of 2017! Includes 6 free daily passes to both the indoor waterpark and large outdoor swimming pool with swim-up bar. Dock access is located in front of the building. Non-smoking/no pets.
