Large outdoor deck is partially covered and furnished for relaxing and outdoor dining. Choose to sit in the sun or dine in the shade perfect for family outdoor dinners after a day of boating or swimming at the waterpark. Watch the sunset and Saturday evening fireworks from the deck. Private swimming pool with covered area for family get-togethers is located right beside the building. Full amenities including Blackstone grill, fully stocked kitchen, granite countertops, flat screen TV, in-unit laundry, pack-n-play and booster seat for your little one. Includes 6 free daily passes to both the indoor / outdoor waterpark. Dock access is located in front of the building. 7,000lb boat hoist available for additional fee. Non-smoking/no pets.

Fantastic home

From the view to the communication with the owner, this Condo is the perfect home away from home. It’s centrally located and offers daily passes to the water park and convenience of two restaurants, all within a quick walk. The neighbors are friendly and weekly housekeeping is available if needed. We highly recommend staying here.

The condo had been gorgeously updated. Like when you watch a renovation program and wish you could live there, this is the chance to do that. We didn't use it but there is a resort with a waterpark right next door. The weekdays we practically had the place to ourselves. We sat on the deck in the quiet mornings and evenings. There was a great view of the lake and sunsets. The whole area is pretty close together so it only takes a few minutes to get anywhere you want to go. The owners quickly responded to any questions that came up. I'm tempted to book again at the end of the season.

Great Vacation Condo!

We would absolutely stay again at this property! The condo was very nice and clean and an excellent spot for three couples. The owner was very responsive and we really enjoyed our time in Okoboji. Also the deck has an awesome view of the lake!

Beautiful place for a vacation!

We loved our stay at your vacation home. We visited Okoboji as a way to get out of town during the pandemic, and because we spent a majority of the time inside, we were very happy. Very clean, modern, spacious, kitchen had everything necessary for family cooking, laundry, and the deck was wonderful to watch the sunset in the evening. Thank you so much for our vacation! :)

Relaxing Getaway After Months of Online Schooling!

Our family had a wonderful time staying at Bridges Bay in this condo. The condo was pretty clean, and was just the right size for our family of six. The owners provided plenty of clean linens, towels, toiletries and other necessities for daily living. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The only drawback‘s were the deck furniture was really dirty and hadn’t been wiped down in quite some time, it looked like artwork was missing from above the bedroom in the master and the Keurig machine had an old coffee pod in it. The waterpark and pools were closed but that wasn’t the fault of the owner… however the only way we knew that was from doing our own research. VRBO or the owners didn’t inform us of that. Regardless we had yummy takeout from nearby restaurants and enjoyed boating with friends every day. We also found some beaches that the kids enjoyed. The owners provided some plastic sand buckets and shovels which our kids used. They also provided fishing poles but we didn’t have a chance to use those. Sarah responded promptly when I had a question about getting the tv to work. I would definitely recommend this property and we would be grateful to be able to stay here again one day when all the amenities of the resort were available.

Well appointed view property

We found the owner to be quite responsive and very helpful when the TV was acting up. The owner got the cable company out on the weekend to fix it. Very comfortable and well appointed condo. We’ll stay here again.

We traveled form AZ to visit family in the Iowa Great Lakes area. Found this little gem on VRBO. Right on East Okoboji lake with great patio to sit out and enjoy. Had fun fishing off the dock with the gear provided by the owner. There is a place to rent a boat about five min away. We had such a great family time. Wonderful condo!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful Bridges Bay Condo. The deck has an amazing view and comfortable seating for 8. The condo was well equipped. The owners were wonderful to deal with and made use feel like family friends. The condo is very close to 2 onsite restaurants. We had wonderful meals at both. A few members of our family enjoyed the water park/ pool, others the exercise room . While we all enjoyed the close proximity to excellent restaurants and activities - the best feature is the quietness and privacy of the condo complex. Perfect vacation spot. We thank the owners for sharing it with us!
