About this property

Quiet, Comfortable, & Convenient North Phoenix Condo!

This beautifully furnished 3 story Condo in North Phoenix is located just off Carefree Hwy and I-17 and is within walking distance to many restaurants and grocery stores. We're 10 miles from Lake Pleasant, 90 miles from Scenic Sedona. You have access to 3 pools (one is heated year-round) and a Jacuzzi, and a wilderness hiking trail right outside your front door! There is a bedroom and full bathroom on each level, with the main living space on the second floor. The two car garage has an EV charging outlet, and the laundry room is inside the Condo. Condo is stocked with all linens, kitchen necessities (including a 7day supply of coffee pods for the Keurig) , and starter soaps & shampoos.

Lovely condo!

The condo is very spacious and well taken care of. Neighborhood is quiet and condo is in walking distance to grocery store, fast food, etc. Great location!
