Newly listed! Beautiful 2 bedroom/ 2 bath condo only steps from the boardwalk and pier. Your family will be close to all the action. Easy access to Landing Passage, shops, restaurants, and tasting rooms.

Newly decorated with beautiful furnishings and amenities, this home will not disappoint. The second level consists of the main living area and master suite. Plenty of space in the living room for your guests to relax with two comfortable couches and dining for 6. The fully stocked kitchen is a chefs dream with plenty of room for meal prep and Miele appliances. Enjoy sunsets from the balcony patio equipped with a gas BBQ. The master bedroom has a king bed with fireplace and television. The master bathroom has a double vanity, separate shower stall and jetted tub. The second bedroom is located on the ground floor with a king and twin bed. This bedroom has a private bathroom with walk-in shower. The condo has an attached two car garage that will accommodate 2 small to mid size vehicles.

Guests have exclusive access of the condo and garage during their stay.

Amazing Location!

Super clean, which is hard at the beach! Loved walking to the farmer's market on Friday and the playground at the beach. Thanks for the boogie boards, beach chairs and wagon! Downstairs does not have any functioning windows so it can get warm but wasn't hot and fans are provided. Direct garage access is through the downstairs bedroom but otherwise very private!
