CHECK-IN: After 3:00 PM via keyless smart lock (code sent 24 hours before arrival)
CHECK-OUT: By 11:00 AM — early check-in or late check-out available on request, subject to availability

GUESTS: Please include all guests in your booking. No unregistered overnight visitors.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: This is a private residence in a residential neighborhood.
NOISE: Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM — our neighbors are wonderful and we`d love to keep it that way.
SMOKING: No smoking or vaping inside the home or near doors and windows. The rooftop deck is a great place to step out.
PETS: This property does not allow pets. (We have other Solmaré homes that welcome pets — just ask.)
BIKES: Two beach cruisers are yours to enjoy. Please lock when not in use and return in the same condition.
PARKING: Use only the designated parking space provided in your arrival instructions.
ON DEPARTURE: Please run the dishwasher and take out the trash — we`ll handle the rest.
DAMAGE: Accidents happen. Please let us know right away — we`re always understanding when guests communicate openly.
