Enjoy a spacious Hacienda de Mita retreat inside gated Punta Mita, with a six-passenger golf cart, concierge service and housekeeping Monday–Saturday included. Walk to the beach, surf breaks, restaurants and shops, or explore the resort’s beach clubs and activities.

THE CONDO
Relax in comfortable indoor living and dining spaces, enjoy the furnished terrace, and prepare meals in the well-equipped kitchen. Eero mesh Wi-Fi throughout the condo makes it easy to stay connected. Guests have access to Hacienda de Mita’s shared pools and beach club.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

BREAKFAST AND ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Breakfast preparation is available for an additional charge. Food and groceries are extra. Airport transportation, additional golf carts, bikes, excursions and other services can be arranged at an additional cost.

RESORT ACCESS
Premier Golf membership provides access to eligible Punta Mita beach clubs, including Pacifico, Kupuri, El Surf Club and Sufi Ocean Club, as well as the Pacifico and Bahia golf courses, tennis courts and shared fitness center. Membership provides access rather than complimentary golf, meals or activities. Reservations, operating rules, venue-specific fees and any minimum consumption requirements apply. St. Regis Sea Breeze access is subject to separate availability and charges.

CLUB PUNTA MITA ACCESS FEE
This fee is additional to the accommodation and charged per person, per stay of up to 30 days:
• Ages 13+: USD $66.70 total
• Ages 5–12: USD $40.02 total
• Children under 5: no charge
Totals include VAT and the service charge. Payment is required before arrival for access cards to be issued.

Beautiful accommodations! Fanstastic amenities. Lovely concierge and housekeeper. We loved the in-room massage experience and the private chef and the beach club access. Everything was terrific!

Punta Mita getaway

The condo was beautiful, huge and spotless. Great location and membership to all beach clubs which was key. Lauren, the property manager, was very responsive and the cooking/cleaning staff was great as well. I highly recommend!

Excellent Punta Mita get a way

Clean, spacious and well appointed home. Many amenities (shampoo/conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, hair dryers, daily house cleaning, pool towels, etc). Use of golf cart was very appreciated to go to various beach clubs, restaurants and stores). Concierge team at Hacienda de Mita was very accommodating and helpful. Would highly recommend!

Great location, beautiful views. The bunk bed room is also the laundry room. storage room and keeps all the cleaning supplies. All the closets were locked, so no where to unpack your suitcase except three small drawers. The top bunk mattress was very short, does not accommodate a teen. We had mixed pricing from the concierge on several occasions.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that certain aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. We do want to clarify that all pricing related to the property and included amenities is clearly outlined prior to booking. Any additional fees associated with the HOA or beach clubs are managed by third parties and, unfortunately, are outside of our control. Regarding the bunk bed room, this space is presented in both the listing description and photos as a smaller, bonus-style room. Bunk beds are intentionally designed for more compact accommodations, typically suited for children or additional guests rather than as a primary bedroom. We always aim to provide an experience that accurately reflects what is shown and always have clear communication with guests.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect and made it easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. The home was very clean, comfortable, and had everything our family needed for a relaxing trip. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend this property for anyone planning a family vacation!

Girlfriends trip

We had a fantastic time. Enjoyed this spacious home which accommodated 5 of us Very comfortably. I recommend having a chef for at least one meal. Massage services arw also very nice. Lauren is an excellent host and was readily available to answer questions and assist with scheduling other services. My favorite place was the amazing outdoor patio with comfortable sofas and chairs ! Love sitting there for morning coffee and evening sunset.

Amazing vacation!

This was our first trip to Punta Mita and we had no idea what to expect. It was beautiful. The condo was so amazing and the daily cleaner was so helpful and kind. The entire condo was beautifully furnished and emasculate with large rooms and storage for everything. Amazing food in town - we will absolutely come again!

Awesome vacation getaway!

Took my family of five to Punta Mita for weeks vacation and enjoyed the property immensely. The condo is open and airy and beautifully decorated. Close to town and all the Beach Clubs. We had the pool all to ourselves when we were not down at the beach. You are within 5 minutes on the golf cart to most everything in Punta Mita and Erica makes the best guacamole and salsa in town! Highly recommend the property for a beautiful and relaxing vacation.
