Quick Tampa visit

Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Little snacks, coffees and teas were a nice surprise. We didn’t use the pool because of the cool temps, but it was nice to have the option. The pool looked a little dirty in the photos, but it just needs to be resurfaced- the water was clean. We would stay again!

Hi Ryan. I don't have you as ever staying at one of our properties. I did research your cancelled reservation though. According to our notes, we cancelled your reservation due to a water main break that was done by the city of Tampa. We would never allow a guest to stay in a property without water for 5 days. It is also noted that you received 100% of your money back for the reservation. As for your complaint of lack of communication, I checked with the host and she had all of the written messages and info of when she personally called you and left voicemails on her phone's call log. We are sorry that you were so shocked at the last minute cancellation, but we contacted you as soon as we were notified.
