We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was in a very convenient location, just a short and easy walk to the beach. It was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as it was represented in the listing. Everything was well-maintained and made our stay so enjoyable.It was an amazing place to stay, and we would definitely come back! Hosts were excellent. Communication was timely and details were completely accurate. Quiet location with great views of the ocean/beach and also from the back can see the ICWW and marsh. Easy exit from the property to AIA without going through the entire property (do have to enter through main gate which is understandable)!

When my wife and I opened the door and saw the place with the beautiful view over the grounds and Atlantic Ocean, she almost cried with joy. The place was beyond my expectations. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and furniture, and the view… phenomenal! It was quiet, except for the sounds of the crashing waves. Everyone we encountered in the building were happy to be there and friendly to us. Fastest elevator I think I’ve ever seen for a condo building!Everything about this place was perfect for us.

Best Family Trip

One of the nicest places I’ve have stayed. Place was just as beautiful as pictures. Very accessible to beach and pool! Condo had everything you needed and Tom was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Will enjoy coming here with grand children and will be back again soon!

Amazing beach view vacation

The property owners thought of everything! The gorgeous condo overlooks the ocean was well equipped with everything we would need to enjoy a vacation! It included well stocked items, such as beach chairs and a fantastic kitchen. We highly recommend this fantastic property!

Perfect vacation

What a great FL vacation. We chose Amelia Island because everyone we know goes to the pan handle and we just wanted something different. It was amazing and we may never go t any other beach!! The rental was perfect and very well taken care of. Highly recommend!
