This 26 m2 studio is in the center of the gothic quarter, just minuts from Ramblas. Cozy and quiet place for anyone wanting to experience the inner life of the city. You can work from home with natural light, cook in a confortable kitchen or relax by the sofa reading or watching TV. The extending table and extra chairs will allow you to bring friends and have fun.

The studio is a third floor without lift in a well lit quiet street. The neibhorhood is multicultural, offering lots of life, restaurants and shopping. As it's the center, you can easily walk through pedestrian zones and also get to the bus, metro and trains that will take you anywhere in the city and out.

Short term rentals in Spain are 32 nights or more. Therefore, You are only obliged to book/pay the first month through the platform. If you want to stay longer, we would arrange for a short term city rental contracl.
