Apartment 3 is a ground floor one bedroom apartment that is located adjacent to the garden and swimming pool area and enjoys easy access to Brighton Beach. The apartment is suitable for one or two adults has a large covered patio with large double doors that lead to the living area.

The open plan living area includes a dining nook, a lounge area complete with a television set and a galley kitchen with a large picture window. Together the covered patio and living area create ample space to relax and unwind.
Off the living area is the bedroom with an en suite bathroom. The bedroom is air-conditioned and the bathroom is outfitted with a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower.
The apartment has access to a shared swimming pool and to a lonely long stretch of beach known as Brighton Beach. Santorini is only a short distance from the Spring Garden Highway, Mount Gay Rum Distillery, Kensington Oval, and Bridgetown, the capital city.

This property was comfortable and felt secure. It has an amazing veiw of the beach just beyond the wall. The trees in the yard makes it feel so relaxing offering shade from the sun when by the pool, the room itself was nice, very well furnished. I cant wait to stay there again.

Loved the close proximity to the beach/ocean. Great views of the sunsets and watching the cruise liners coming to port nearby. Dated and worn interior conditions and deferred maintenance of the exterior and landscaping is evident.

Perfect quiet spot right on the beach

Loved our stay here. The 1 bed apartment was spacious with a large kitchen, living area, and a big patio. The grounds included a pool with nice gardens providing lots of shade. The location right on a long sandy swimmable beach was fantastic. Mario was on site regularly, or easily reachable, to answer questions and assist with anything needed. Very happy with our stay here and would stay here again!

The location was beautiful,literally right on the beautiful beach. But the place was run down. Definitely needs an upgrade. Mario was fantastic, but Rosalie was not good at communicating. No Email on how to get in. Took several messages to finally get a response. That place has so much potential. There’s construction going on next door, that was kind of annoying, but not a deal breaker. I read all the previous reviews and nothing was done to make the place more suitable.It was clean. The housekeeping staff were friendly and the washer /dryer was a definite plus.

We could NOT expect anything more then we received !! Rose was wonderful !! This place has everything that a person could want for a first time visitor to the island or for returning guests!! Nice Location

Very nice location however a few simple repairs are needed. Two bedroom doors were difficult to open because they rubbed on the floor. There was no curtain on the bathroom window and Caulking around the tub was missing.

Great location for spacious beachfront apartment

I stayed here from Christmas 2023 to New Year’s Day 2024. Check in was easy and Mario kindly stocked the kitchen before my arrival. The place is quite spacious and clean. It could use some updates because it is showing a lot of wear & tear. As a woman traveling alone, I felt very safe and the neighbors we are very kind and friendly. Also, the kitchen could use a bottle/wine opener. I would definitely return. The beach is amazing too!

Great property! Mario was easy to reach on what's app, good communication. Property was lovely, construction going on (slowly) next door. Did not disturb us. Property itself needed some work but grounds were being cared for during our stay. Area above beach needed cleaning up, but I think it was in process. Easy mile of beautiful sand beach to walk. Rascals beach bar nearby but kitchen closes at 530. Reservations absolutely necessary for dinner. Property not super equipped, salt pepper and soap provided. Grocery nearby, Massy has best selection (and prices). Great location for the beach, super stay!!

Beach house

We would stay here again The host was great to deal with, check in and check out were flawless Pool was clean and property amenities were as advertised Location to the beach was incredible - beach was one of nicest and cleanest that we visited on the island Location in Barbados is fine - we had a car so we were able to travel everywhere quick and easy. If you wanted to go to a restaurant or bar and drink you would need to taxi or bus as it is a bit away from the touristy areas (which was great for the nice quiet beach but not great for eating / drinking / shopping) There is a Rum bar / distillery only a 4-5 minute walk on the beach which ahd good food and drinks - we tried Rascals but they closed at 6pm so were unable to eat there The suite we stayed in was pretty clean, the bed was very comfortable, everything worked but the appliances could use a refresh as they are older Overall a very pleasant stay and would recommend Walking out your door on to the perfect beach was worth the stay itself

I knew of the construction right next door, but not that they worked 12-13 hours every day, and only 8 on Sundays and all holidays. I would have booked somewhere else. Construction probably will be another year so stay there if you like it. I didn't mind till 5pm came and it went on past dark. Starting at 7am. Concrete saws were a good wakeup.

Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this location & would definitely consider returning. The beach in front of the property is a lovely sandy beach which was usually always quiet. Our unit could have used some freshening up and more supplies in the kitchen, particularly since we were there 3 weeks but the bed was comfortable and the unit was clean. Light cleaning was provided twice a week. Rose was very accommodating any time we had any concerns or questions. She also drove us over to the local grocery store upon our arrival (which we very much appreciated) but otherwise it was approx a 15 min walk to get to the near by store. We visited the Cheapside Market and nearby fish market twice during our stay which gave us access to fresh local fish and produce. Rascals is the only restaurant within walking distance but we also utilized a restaurant delivery service (Hopscotch) several times. Sent from my iPad

Location, location, location

Perfect location, clean apartment, the host was very nice. Spectacular beach right outside the back gate, nice pool. We will definitely stay again. The ONLY issue is the neighbors just got obnoxious dogs that bark all night. ***** The host stated (and I believe her) that she is going to fix the issue very soon **** This is the only reason this isn't a 5 star review. Ask her about the dog situation, if it's fixed? 5-stars, with no doubt.

Needs Improvement......Great Potential

We didn’t really feel safe at this location. First, the host didn’t communicate via HomeAway per safety policy. Second, the host wasn’t at the house when we arrived (because of their communication style) and while we waited, their family members showed without introducing themselves and entered the house...weird. Third, there are bars on the windows which I don’t recall are shown in the photos of the place. Fourth, she never told us that the pool boys nor the gardener were going to show up which gave us a scare when we walked in the gated area and saw some random guy in the plants. There was also fungus in the bathtub, cockroach on the floor, and the beach towels (in a beach house) were nasty. The only good parts of this place was the amazing location on the beach and the restaurants/activities close by.

Great beach!

If you just want a simple apartment right on a great calm-water beach away from crowds and bars, then this is a great choice. Comfortable and clean. Great AC. The owner is very nice and helpful. We stayed three nights in March, bought groceries at the supermarket 3/4 miles away and cooked in. You are in a residential neighborhood, so it's a short drive to decent restaurants for dining. A beach umbrella would have been handy, but we pulled our chairs under a palm tree.

Just what I needed - a relaxing holiday!

The place was what I expected. You get value for what you pay. Yes it is a bit rough around the edges (kitchen) but it was clean, quiet and comfortable. It is right on the beach as described and the pictures are completely accurate. The bed was excellent. The air-conditioning (that I only used at night) was extremely quiet. The pool is as pictured and although described 'shared', it is very rarely occupied and only shared with the other tenants in the building. The internet is stable and high speed. Easily able to watch Netflix. You do need a car (or a taxi) if you plan to eat out. Yes there is a huge grocery store a 5 minute walk away but I would suspect that many on vacation like to eat out occasionally. There is one small restaurant on the beach 5 minutes away but the menu is limited and the food so/so. As others have commented, you could never meet a nicer person than Rose. Nothing is ever a problem and she constantly goes out of her way to make sure your stay is the best it could possibly be. I have rented apartments in many parts of the world and never have I encountered such a personable owner. She just makes your vacation that much better.
