Forget your worries in this spacious and serene home in the small town of Franklin, VT, where rural views greet you! Land has 2 ponds, covered bridges, and ample acreage to frolic to your heart's content. Lake Carmi is minutes away for all season fun: boating in the summer and ice fishing during the winter. Only 20 minute calm country drive to St. Albans City and Lake Champlain fun. Half hr to Jay Peak resort with some of the best skiing in the East + indoor water park. Minutes to Enosburg, Richford & Montgomery Village amenities. Snowmobiling & x-country skiing trails all around.

2 bedrooms and full bath on 2nd floor with queen beds. One bedroom has a 3 season porch with country views. Large open concept living room had a nook with additional twin and queen bed. Fully stocked kitchen and work space on 1st floor, also. Lots of space for everyone to stretch out. Multiple TVs, board games, washer/dryer, and wifi included.
