Lakefront Cottage: Amazing Mountain Views Directly on Lake Champlain

Enjoy this lovely lakefront cottage situated on Lake Champlain with expansive views and a 'two cups of coffee' sunrise.

Situated on a private dead end road, this 3 bed 1 bath home offers the option of relaxation or an abundance of activities. With 85' of lake frontage on Alburgh's east shore and a state boat launch a mile away, enjoy swimming, boating or fishing on the water. Take to the land and try out some biking, hiking, golf or other endless outings either locally or on a day trip to Burlington, St. Albans or Montreal (all about an hour or less away).

~The Cottage~
Single level ranch style home with an open floor plan allowing for a feeling of togetherness with family and friends. All rooms are equipped with heat and air conditioning. Bedrooms also have ceiling fans.

We are all about the #LAKELIFE lifestyle and want to make your vacation a breeze. We provide linens, bath and beach towels, washer, dryer and general toiletries for your convenience. The kitchen is equipped with all essentials: utensils, cookware, dinnerware, etc. A grill will be located outside for use as well.

Enjoy the convenience of the private dock allowing for quick access to boating or fishing!

The cottage is smoke free. Off street parking has room for 4 vehicles in the driveway with extra room across the road for any additional vehicles or boat trailers.

Hosts were very helpful. Loved the space. If you visit in the winter, just bring slippers! Of course it is chilly at the lake. The house is well equipped with a zillion soft throw blankets to snuggle in. Great place.

What a wonderful quiet, charming home right on the water. House was clean, linens smelled freshly laundered, beds were super comfy and there were very thoughtful amenities like bug spray, coffee, water bottles in the fridge, and even a bag of local maple snacks. If we find ourselves in the area again we will definitely hope to stay here again!

One of the most beautiful spots we have stayed in. Nice an quiet with a wonderful view and lake access. We will be staying here again next year. Owners were awesome and even left use a little welcome backet.

Amazing stay, the cottage was wonderful and really clean. Owners were super friendly! Highly recommend! We were looking for a quite relaxing weekend and we got just that without spending an arm and a leg.

Family Visit On The Lake

The location of the house was perfect for our stay. On a beautiful lake and in close proximity to the family we were visiting. The house was spotless, had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We will definitely consider returning for another family visit next year.
