This 1 bedroom 1 bath ground floor poolside unit is a bright slice of relaxation and is only steps away from the pool and beach. This spacious living room is ideal for lounging after a long day in the sun. You can cook dinner in the fully equipped kitchen, or get dressed up and go out to one of the many restaurants in the area. After a full day of sun you can wind down in the cozy bedroom. From enjoying a morning cup of coffee on the back porch to enjoying your day in the sun, Sunswept is ready to be your PCB oasis.

-Remove all bed linens and towels. Place by washing machine
-Put all dirty dishes in dishwasher and start
-Empty trash in the dumpster located in the east corner and south east corner of property
-Please plug everything back in and put furniture back in place.
