Kick back and relax in this lakefront Condo! Surrounded by mountains on Lake Hamilton. If you’re looking for a getaway where you can fish, swim, kayak, or just lay out with a good book and catch some sun- this is the spot for you! The property is close enough to see what all fabulous Hot Springs has to offer but also gets you away from it all!
Located in a quiet and safe gated community and offers nothing short of amazing and peaceful lake views from your private balcony.

This cozy upstairs unit is perfect for families or just a couples getaway. This condo is priced just right for 6 guest.
Two bedrooms that offer a comfy Queen size bed for a great nights sleep. Along with the pullout sofa bed in the living room. A large smart tv is located in the living room.
One bathroom with walk- in shower- with plenty of towels, shampoos, soaps, and hairdryer.

The kitchen offers a cooktop with convection/microwave and refrigerator with ice maker and dishwasher. Stocked with pots, pans, bowls, plates, cooking and eating utensils, cups, coffee mugs
A coffee maker with coffee, filters, creamer, and sugars are provided for those peaceful coffee mornings on the porch.


Bring swim toys or even a kayak and enjoy the day in the beautiful waters of Lake Hamilton.

There's plenty to do with board games, cards, and a large T.V. with internet. Or take a stroll around the boardwalk and enjoy the views of the water!
A charcoal grill is located on the deck. (Don’t forget to bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid) along with a fire pit.

While there is no slips available, boats are welcome to tie up to the boardwalk. Trailer parking available.

This Condo is an easy 15 minutes from downtown Hot Springs. Perfect to enjoy the day exploring and then head back to your condo for a relaxing evening on the lake!

The property was very clean, which is a huge deal for me. Tiffany's description was accurate but it was smaller than I'd thought it would be. However, it did accommodate 3 adults and 2 children. Location on the lake was the best part. It was beautiful. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your place!

The condo was just as advertised. We had 2 adults and 3 kids. It was very clean and had plenty of dishes and utensils. All of the rooms stayed pretty cool. We were worried about that after seeing the reviews but it was fine. Response times were quick when we had questions. This was a great stay and we would 100% recommend it.

Great location. The house was tiny but felt very spacious and comfortable for a family of 6 with 2 dogs. Kitchen worked out well to cook all our meals. The ac units were able to keep the house cooled down, only wish there were a small unit for the front bedroom. However, we kept the door open to place the fan in the hallway to push airflow in to the room cool. I most definitely would rent here again.

The place had everything you needed. It just seemed to be old. It needs to be freshened up. The back porch is peeling and needs painting. There is four of us women there was only two seats outside. There’s no dining room table cause it’s not big enough. Don’t get me wrong. The place was adequate. The rug in the hallway needs to be removed because it is a trip hazard. The beds are comfortable and kitchen wall supplied just kind of an older feeling.
