If you’re looking for a getaway where you can fish, swim, kayak, or just lay out with a good book and catch some sun- this is the spot for you! The property is close enough to see what all fabulous Hot Springs has to offer but also gets you away from it all!
Located in a quiet and safe gated community and offers nothing short of amazing and peaceful lake views from your private balcony.

This cozy upstairs unit is perfect for families or just a couples getaway. This condo is priced just right for 6 guest.
Each bedroom offers a comfy Queen size bed for a great nights sleep. Along with the pullout sofa bed in the living room. A large smart tv is located in the living room.
One bathroom with walk- in shower- with plenty of towels, shampoos, soaps, and hairdryer.

The kitchen offers a cooktop with convection/microwave and refrigerator with ice maker and dishwasher. Stocked with pots, pans, bowls, plates, cooking and eating utensils, cups, coffee mugs
A coffee maker with coffee, filters, creamer, and sugars are provided for those peaceful coffee mornings on the porch.

Swim towels available for dips in the lake!
Bring swim toys or even a kayak and enjoy the day in the beautiful waters of Lake Hamilton.

There's plenty to do with board games, cards, and a large T.V. with internet. Or take a stroll around the boardwalk and enjoy the views of the water!
A charcoal grill is located on the deck. (Don’t forget to bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid)

While there is no slips available, boats are welcome to tie up to the boardwalk. Trailer parking available.

This Condo is an easy 12-15 minutes from downtown Hot Springs. Perfect to enjoy the day exploring and then head back to your condo for a relaxing evening on the lake!

The place had everything you needed. It just seemed to be old. It needs to be freshened up. The back porch is peeling and needs painting. There is four of us women there was only two seats outside. There’s no dining room table cause it’s not big enough. Don’t get me wrong. The place was adequate. The rug in the hallway needs to be removed because it is a trip hazard. The beds are comfortable and kitchen wall supplied just kind of an older feeling.

The communication about the entry could have been better. The gate code was kind of hidden in an email I received from them and not easy to find on VRBO. We actually found an unlocked gate to go in. Also it wasn't clear which unit it was until we dug through the email to find it.I feel like the photo listing is a little deceiving. This property claims to be for four people, but with four adults it was very cramped and there isn't adequate seating for four comfortably. It would be much better suited for two adults and two children. There were only two chairs ont he deck, which was dirty with debris. There is one small couch and an ottoman in the living room. I actually sat on the floor. The upstairs loft would be perfect for kids, but has very narrow stairs - I actually slipped on the slick, older carpet - but offers no privacy for adults.Other than that, the property was decorated really cute, had more than enough amenities, and little touches like snacks. So I would recommend the property for a small family.

The condo is rated for 6 people total, and the couch is full size. While the deck is the smallest part of the condo unfortunately we cannot offer a change in structure size to accommodate more seating. Our photos do show this upfront as not to try to deceive our guest. Again, I’m sorry for your inconveniences and that we did not meet your expectations. Thanks for staying with us.

Nice cozy condo on the lake

Myself and my kids stayed here one night. It was cute and comfortable. Even though there was a lot of activity nearby, bring summer on the lake, but it quieted down at night and was very peaceful. The condo had everything we needed.

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay. It was located in a beautiful neighborhood with a lake view just a few steps from where we stayed, and we enjoyed kayaking and swimming. The host was very friendly, responsive, and helpful. When we noticed there weren’t enough essentials such as toilet paper and trash bags for our 4 night stay with 6 people, they quickly brought more. The place was clean and stocked with everything we needed to cook with, the area was beautiful, and there was so much to do. We went e-biking, explored downtown hot springs, and visited the Magic Springs theme park which I would highly recommend. Thanks for a great stay!
