Spring break

House is exactly what it looks like online. Golf cart and bikes are great too! Drove the golf cart to the beach every day and in town to dinner every night. Perfect spring break, thank you!

Very nice home

This was the best house we have stayed in, it had many more helpful items then the typical rental, such as fans for every bedroom. Lots of beach gear as well. Lots of towels, blankets, baby gear, etc. The neighborhood is beautiful, we rode the bikes every day all over the area, including to the beach. The golf cart was also amazing as some of our party doesn't ride bikes. Everything was kept up well, though the doors were tricky to operate, the handles go up to lock. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was just as pictured. It was updated, clean, and great location with easy access to everything. The golf cart and bikes were very convenient and made travel around much easier. I would definitely recommend for families.

Somervilla was perfect, close to the pool and short cart ride to the beach which was a fin adventure in itself! Definitely would book again!!

We go to this area to stay at least once per year and this was probably the cleanest house we’ve ever stayed in! The house was exactly as described and the communication was excellent as well. I would highly recommend this house and the community it’s in. Btw. We had 9 people in the house and there were more beach chairs than people with us. Tons of toys and umbrellas as well. That was a nice surprise! It was a pleasure and we look forward to staying here again!

Better than I imagined! The house was beautiful, spotless, and provided so much space. We all enjoyed the bikes and golf carts and felt so safe in the area while we did. The beach was a short bike ride or golf cart ride away. The pool was very nice as well. I want to come back already!

Our family loved this place and plan to book again next year. The house and location were amazing. Loved the golf cart, beach chairs & toys, saved us from having to bring those items down. 10/10.

Property manager was very easy to work with and replied quickly every time we contacted her. Nice house, grill needs to be replaced. Nice bikes and golf cart. Would stay there again.
