Great location. Easy walk to Pawtuxet Village and the amenities there. Great local restaurants and coffee shops. Beautiful view. Bedrooms were ideal for our family situation. The room with twin beds allowed my grandson the opportunity to do a sleepover!

Nice modern house, and very clean. The porch is fantastic with a great view of the sunrise, the marina and a fire pit in the evenings. Very responsive! Just a few minutes drive to the zoo, and not far from Newport.

Our family really enjoyed it! Place was well maintained and clean. A lot of space for a family to have their own privacy. Both decks have a great view of the harbor. There are nice walking trails as well. We walked a couple blocks everyday for either coffee, lunch and or dinner. We hope to come back sometime!

What a beautiful home! And how delightful to be able to look out the windows and see the water! Spacious and comfortable home that accommodated our family of 5 perfectly. Pristine house in a charming location minutes by car to Providence and walking distance to local restaurants and shops. Perfect!

We thought we were in a brand new house, but it's an older property that has been remodeled beautifully. We loved sitting on the back deck, or even in the living room, enjoying the view of the bay. I'd stay here again and again and again.

Fabulous house

My family and I stayed at this lovely and we loved the amazing water views from every floor. The house looked brand new and very clean. The house was well decorated. We will for sure stay here again the next time we are in Rhode Island.

Girls weekend

We had the most relaxing stay at this beautiful property. Lavonne was very attentive and quick to respond. Very clean, modern and comfortable. We walked to town for dinner and came back to the house and watched the sailboat race at the Yacht club from our back deck! Just be aware-It is in a flight path so you will hear plans passing by but that wouldn't stop me from coming back. I highly recommend.

Almost Waterfront Home near Pawtuxet Village

This is our second time staying at this nearly new home, and it didn’t disappoint! We love waking up to the sunrise water views (but the blackout curtains are helpful if sunrise isn’t your cup of tea!) and watching the birds in the river. It is in walking distance to parks, coffee shops and restaurants. The home is comfortable and well appointed. Note that the home is sometimes in the flight path of PVD airport, but we think it is cool to see the planes so close. It didn’t disturb us or interfere with our sleep. We hope to stay here again on our next trip!

Awesome Place on the water

The place was recently remodeled. The pictures on VRBO do not do it justice. Everything is Brand New ! The property has a great deck and view of the water. Very safe area in an upscale older neighborhood. We sat out there every day. There is a cool coffee shop and 6 restaurants in the little village 2 blocks away. We walked there all the time. The owner was very responsive to all questions in a very timely manner. We used it as a central location to visit many places: Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket, Newport Rhode Island, Cape Cod. It was very peaceful there. In fact; our last day we just chilled and stayed all day at the joint. One recommendation .. There is no icemaker .. so grab a bag of ice on your way in !
