You won’t forget the great memories in this 1 BR private, detached bungalow right across the street from the beach as well as many other restaurants and within waking distance to John’s Pass Village. It offers privacy as it is a stand alone cottage yet is part of an 18 unit cozy condo association that is centrally located to many great attractions. There is a heated pool, onsite laundry facilities, grilling area and a dedicated parking place only steps away from your door! Per the HOA, pets are NOT ALLOWED on the property. Smoking is also prohibited.

Weekend getaway

Overall was excellent. Although the unit is next to the street the bedroom was on the far end of unit and quiet at night. The bed could have been a little softer.

Perfect beach getaway!!

From the moment we booked until the moment we left, the host's communication was prompt and friendly! We had some personal issues arise, and she was more than willing to do what she could to help us. Once we arrived at the property, we were immediately impressed with how cute and clean it was. It's a small place, but for me, my husband, and 8 year old son, it was perfect! The location is right across the street from the beach and near many restaurants and shops. There is actually a little convenience store directly behind the property that had the nicest owners and excellent prices! We visited there several times in just a few days to get all the things we forgot. The beach is beautiful and easy to get to, and when we were ready for more low key, we enjoyed the pool on property. We didn't have a single complaint about this place! We will absolutely visit again!
