Canadian Log Home on 14 acres yet only 2 miles to Windham Ski Mountain. The house has 4 bedrooms plus a loft and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped with high end appliances. Living Room with stone fireplace. Sunroom with beautiful mountain views. At the end of a relaxing or busy day enjoy a soak in the hot tub. Wifi. Country Living at IT'S BEST!!!

In the summer Windham is known for hiking, golfing, mountain biking, fly-fishing, hiking, mountain biking, water parks, antiquing, skiing and sleighing. Of course, in the Fall, the foliage is just spectacular. This is not a party group house, this is a home for families.

Idyllic Property for a Family Get-away

This is a stunning property. We were there with my son and daughter -in-law and two grandsons, ages four and almost two for five weeks through July 4th weekend.. The grandchildren loved exploring the beautiful grounds and were beyond thrilled to see deer, wild turkeys and their babies and groundhogs in the distance. The fire pit was a terrific place for the adults to gather in the evenings, relax and chat. The views from the home, facing Windham Mountain, are spectacular from sunrise to sunset. Patti, the property owner, was very responsive to all our needs. When there was a tiny glitch with the internet service upon arrival, she immediately got on the phone with the internet service provider and got the issue resolved promptly. The spotlessly clean house is spacious with bedrooms on multiple levels providing privacy when you need it and wonderful gathering space when you want to be together. The house sits on a huge piece of property so you feel like you are in your own idyllic world yet the town of Windham is within easy walking distance (a mile). I do not hesitate to enthusiastically recommend this home to anyone and thank Patti for her attentiveness spring our stay. - Lizanne and Steve

Beautiful House

Honestly the pictures don’t do it justice, the house is modern and beautiful. It is very close to the mountain and has unbelievable sunset views. The owner is very responsive and accommodating. We are thinking of coming back in the summer as the house is great for kids to roam around safely outside.

We headed up to windham on a last minute ski trip and this could not have been a more perfect home for our group. Home was SO spacious, super clean, and even better than was described. We loved the outdoor hot tub with the view of the mountain and Patti was great and easy to get in touch with! We definitely plan on coming back before the season ends!

I couldn’t have picked a better location in Windham! This house was even better than the photos. Fully stocked fire wood so I had the fire roaring. We had 10 members of our family there and you would have never known because it was so spacious. Hot tub under the stars was nice after a day on the slopes. You can sit out back and see the slopes in the near distance. I would 100% recommend this house for your next stay. A+ for cleanliness. Can’t wait to book again in the summer and take in the warm weather activities.

Our stay at the house was great. Our 3 kids loved staying in the log cabin (and it was very kid friendly with toys), it was very clean, the owners were very hospitable, and the location was great (right by town and Windham Mountain). Would definitely stay again.

We live on Long Island and wanted a ski home. We choose Windham area because of the distance from our home. The town has great restaurants and the charm that makes you feel at home. Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall this is our favorite place to be. We have two younger children that are learning to ski and older children that enjoy it with their friends.

Why they chose this property

This property took our breath away. It was the most specular Log Home. The main house has 4 bedrooms with a garage that has a studio apartment that is nicer then any apartment we have ever seen. The property is private with gorgeous views of Windham Mountain. This is a Canadian Log Home, the logs are huge and stunning.

What makes this property unique

2 miles to ski mountain and 1 mile to town. The best of both worlds. Privacy and convenience. Beautiful views of the ski mountain. Pulling down the driveway you see this is country living at its finest.
