I grew up in this area but went to graduate school in Ann Arbor, Michigan. I worked as Curator of the Asian Art Archives at the University of Michigan for over 20 years. I raised my family in Ann Arbor and moved back to California in 2012. I still have a parent living nearby (now 96 years old!).
I love art, art history, music and museums — and I love to spend time in my garden when I can. I have three adult “kids” and one grandson. I’ve traveled to many countries in Europe and a few in Asia. I lived for one year each in both Paris and Firenze in the early 1970s.
I am in the main house most mornings throughout the week. Although I am retirement age, I continued to teach during the pandemic when fitness classes moved online. I still teach most mornings in the week and also have a few private clients coming to my home for classes on the Pilates and GYROTONIC® equipment. I have lots of small equipment and exercise mats that you may borrow during your stay — just ask!
I look forward to meeting you while you are here!

Why they chose this property
I love living close to Eaton Canyon which offers a variety of hiking opportunities at all levels of ability, from simple walks to steep climbs. You'll find me hiking several days each week!
What makes this property unique
My space is unique because I have a fully equipped Pilates room in the main house. I am also a certified GYROTONIC® trainer. I am available for private sessions on the weekends and a few evenings during the week. Guests will receive a discount for any private sessions or online classes they attend.
