Very clean and comfortable apartment with lots of conveniences provided (coffee and sugar, Brita pitchers ready to go, laundry detergent available). Host was very responsive and accommodating. There is a walkable market about 5/6 blocks down for incidentals, and the beach is beautiful and a very short walk. We loved it here and would come back.

The place was ideally located where we could walk to the beach and restaurants. There are beach towels, beach chairs, body boards and even sunscreen available to guests! We were able to do laundry in the shared area without any problems -there was a laundry basket available to us! It was so wonderful to have a parking space, but it is tight. It works for a sedan or small SUV. We had little trouble parking on the street for free, but it did require moving the car during restricted times if you want free parking. There is plenty of parking at night so it was an easy move. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped and good closet space. It was very nice to be on the second floor. The host pays attention to the details and that is appreciated. I recommend the stay to others without reservation. Thank you Justin!

Great price, location and host!

Justin was very helpful and informative before we arrived. He was also available and communicative at all times and addressed any questions that I had immediately. The home itself is clean, cute and super comfortable. He has also stocked the home with everything you may need during your stay. Great experience for my family and within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, rentals and grocery stores. We were all very happy there and will be booking again next year.

The condo itself was great, and we had zero complaints about the host. Everything was clean, well maintained, and the price was very reasonable. Parking was a breeze, which was a huge plus, and the bay was literally a one-minute walk away. The internet was also blazing fast. The condo had AC, although the living room could use a fan to help circulate the air. It got a little warm, but nothing unbearable.Our disappointment was really with Newport Beach itself. Most restaurants were at least a mile away, and after trying around a dozen places, we found the food pretty lackluster overall.We stayed during the hurricane, so obviously the beach conditions were left up to Mother Nature. The bay side was great, but the ocean side near the condo had extremely large waves and wasn’t safe for us to get into the water. The calmer beach area was about a mile away.Walking around town was frustrating too. Drivers rarely yielded at crosswalks, even with us standing there with a stroller. Getting someone to stop sometimes felt like an act of Congress.Overall, the condo was easily the best part of our stay. Great host, clean place, easy parking, fast internet, AC, and incredibly close to the bay. We’d absolutely recommend the condo or the host themselves.

We really enjoyed our stay as the place was comfortable, clean and quiet. Anything we needed was on site and if it wasn’t, the host was quick to respond. The beach was so close and the walk to shops was a little over a mile, but a nice walk. I walked to the grocery store and had to uber home, which was totally fine. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. There are AC units in three rooms, but we really didn’t use them at night since the beach breeze is so nice. A great vacation! Highly recommend.
