The nicest family sand and sea experience that the beach has to offer. We were surprised how really close to the beach and back it is. You can peek at the beach right from the living room, the ocean view balcony or sunset rooftop deck.

The whole place was nicely beach casual and such a pleasant surprise! There were everyday opportunities for us to enjoy everything the beach house has to offer and the best of beaches too. Purely, a well thought out and fun place to stay.

Bottom line: This is the most well thought-out beach accommodation we've ever stayed at and we are already planning to come back next summer too.

The beach house includes a huge private roof deck area which is good for entertaining, safe teen spaces, private coffee morning rituals, morning yoga or meditating alongside super views of sunsets and the surrounding local beach area.

A well-worn retreat. Just kick back 'round the place as the kids spent long days on the sandy beach, ride the provided local bikes all around town and make the most of the excellent beach location.

Celebrated my granddaughter’s 21st birthday. The house was in a great location. Walking distance to grocery store, restaurants, beach and Newport pier. We had an awesome time and the owner was very accommodating and knowledgeable of the area and things to do. I would definitely recommend this vrbo and also stay there again.

Perfect Beach Getaway

We loved our time at the Newport Peninsula Beach House. Perfect location with so much to do, see and eat within walking distance. Steve was so helpful from the time of booking to the time we checked out. The house has everything you need to enjoy your time away from home, so packing was a breeze. We're looking forward to our next vacation here!

This house was perfect for our family. There was plenty of beach gear including coolers, wagons, boards, chairs, bikes and more. The house had everything to cook. The beds were comfortable. Location is close to sand, shops, restaurants, and the only grocery store on the peninsula. The roof top deck was a nice bonus. Steve is a great host, easy to communicate with and friendly. We recommend this beach house!

The house was perfect for our family of 10 ranging from 7 to 54. Easy walk or bike ride to many places and so many things provided. We had a huge van to haul all of us so provided parking didnt work, but Steve helped us find spots.

Fun at Disney and the Beach!

Steve was a fantastic host. His property was very clean and comfortable- just what you want for that classic beach house experience. We were only 30 mins or so away from the Disney parking lots - Mickey & Friends or Pixar Pals lots, so a quick tram ride to the parks from there. Then we were only a very short walk from a wonderful beach. Grocery store (Pavilions) and places to eat were also a very short walk away. We really enjoyed Woody’s Diner for breakfast. You won’t go wrong staying here at the beach house!

Fantastic stay near the beach!

We had such a great time here and will be back! I brought my four kids all teens and young adults and some of their friends. This place had everything we needed and more to have a great time at the beach and the location was perfect Thank you Steve for helping us create such fun memories!

We loved the house! Plenty of room for the 4 of us. The house had everything we needed. Very well-appointed kitchen. Communication with the owner, Steve was great - very responsive. A couple of blocks to the beach. I would definitely rent this house again.

Steve, thought of all the details. We were so comfortable in his cozy location. We especially loved sitting on the roof and watching the sunset at night. The walking distance to the beach was wonderful too. We will definitely come back in yours to come!
