This 2 BR 2BA slopeside Aspenwood condo a block from Snowmass Mountain, Snowmass Mall and the free shuttle stop with DIRECT routes to Aspen! This sunny south facing ground floor 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo features easy ski-in, ski-out access. The Condo has a fireplace and fully outfitted kitchen with coffee, tea, salt and pepper and condiments. Flat screen TV in the living room and master. WiFi Internet and Cable TV. The on site two hot tubs are ready for unwinding after an active day of skiing or hiking. The pool is a beautiful retreat in the summer with wrought iron patio furniture and a community gas grill The property has a small work out facility. It is located right off Snowmass Mountain, featuring incredible ski access. You are steps away from the Village Mall, the free bus route that goes back and forth into Aspen, Highlands and Buttermilk! Hiking & biking trails and much more right out your door. Guests will have sole access to their condo for the duration of their stay. Check-in time is 4:00pm, check-out time is 10:00am. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and must be approved by the owner. This condo includes a washer/dryer for guest use. All linens, towels, hot tub towels are provided.

SKI SEASON: Parking passes are required for all Aspenwood, and guests will need to go to the Parking Office to obtain permit. $15 per day. Owner will not be held responsible for any parking citations issued to guests. In Summer parking is free.

Location, location, location! This condo is very well situated for a great Snowmass-Aspen experience. The slope is approx a 100 yard walk for ski-in & out versatility. The nearby Snowmass Upper Village mall is similarly located along with the excellent local area shuttle, park your car approx 150 yds away, so lots of options to get around.The condo itself is very nice, mere steps away from the outdoor pool and dual hot tubs. The kitchen is well appointed, clean and modern as is the rest of the condo. Perhaps the beds could have better mattresses, but that's certainly not a show stopper. We did have a couple of minor issues in the kitchen, but the owner Beth was very communicative and responsive. You can't go wrong staying here for your Snowmass-Aspen ski vacation!

Absolutely fantastic condo! The furnishings were top-notch and so comfortable - it truly felt like a home away from home. The location couldn't have been better; just a super quick and easy walk to the ski slopes. Made our ski trip so much more enjoyable and convenient. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located mountain getaway!

We had a wonderful time. Beth was a great host and the property was cozy, comfortable, and as represented in the listing. Location is great, a short walk to the slopes in the morning and an easy ski down to ski school. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend staying with Beth at her property.

Roomy and very clean with everything you need. Management friendly and respond right away. Great location, a short walk to anywhere in Snowmass Village. Parking is kind of a hassle if you need to leave town.

Fabulous property - probably the best Vrbo we’ve ever stayed in. Walk easily to the mall, restaurants and lifts. Also loved the heated pool and hot tubs. Abs beautiful condo in Snowmass

We stayed in Beth’s condo for 17 beautiful days. The location is ideal for not only local activities, like eating and shopping at Snowmass Mall, but also for getting around the Valley for hiking, biking, and tennis. The condo itself is very well appointed and supremely comfortable. The beds are really great, the kitchen is easy to work in. We can easily recommend a stay here. Enjoy!

Beth has been a great host! Very non intrusive, simple hello and a quick check in at the end. We did leave some clothes on accident and she is holding on to them so we can go and grab them. Great location for what we needed and price during this time was very competitive compared to others in the area!
