This magnificent ski-in/ski-out residence, steps from Elk Camp Gondola and ski school, offers a great room with floor-to-ceiling windows, a fireplace and sleeper sofa; a chef’s kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops; as well as a dining area for six. Additional features include dual guest suites, each with an attached, lavish bathroom (one has a king size bed, the other has a queen size bed), custom lighting, private ski locker, and underground parking.



Guests will enjoy valley and Elk Mountain Range views from the furnished terrace, and the convenience of staying in lower Snowmass Village, near restaurants, shopping, ice skating, rock climbing, the new game and community center and more. Complimentary transportation to/from Aspen, Aspen Airport and within Snowmass Village is also available.

Great Aspen Adventure

Spacious and well laid out with good amenities (restaurants, shops, activities for little ones). Great location with wonderful scenic places to see close by.

Great stay, perfectly located and well equipped condo!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was great walking to the lifts, shops, restaurants etc. kids enjoyed having the multipurpose turf field in the middle of the square with corn holes, soccer goals etc as well as a gane room down stair of SixMix restaurant. Condo is well appointed with everything you need to be your perfect base to explore Aspen/Snowmass area.

Snowmass stay

The unit we rented was very clean and updated nicely. The location was great! The only negative I have with the unit is the pillows need to be replaced and the bedding needs to be updated.

Snowmass is a lovely area

We came to attend a Challenge Aspen sponsored camp. We have stayed at Capitol Peaks many times before. The prices have gone up and the service has gone down. For the price there should be one day of housekeeping provided. This was disappointing. Otherwise we enjoy staying at Capitol Peaks.
