THIS IS IT!! YOU HAVE FOUND THE PERFECT PLACE FOR YOUR FAMILY VACATION!!! Lots of room to spread out in this Beach Home! Enjoy your morning coffee and the salt air on the front porch or the patio in the backyard! Spacious Bedrooms sleep up to 8 with ample room in the Living Room to Sleep Additional Guests on the Full Size Sleeper Sofa and the additional Twin Size Sleeper Sofa!!! Sleeps a total of 11 people comfortably!! ENJOY NEARBY CENTENNIAL PARK CONCERT EVENTS FOR FREE!!! Short drive to the boardwalk, or walk to the Convention Center to hop on the Tram Car. Enjoy the quiet neighborhood as you relax with your family and friends!

The PREMISES are not available to party group rentals or any persons under the age of 25 unless accompanied/supervised by a parent or legal guardian.

To rent this property you will be required to sign a Guest Lease Agreement and to abide by our rules, policies and procedures as outlined therein.

Pick up keys, codes, as instructed at our realty office between 12pm and 4pm. Check-into your property after 4pm. Check out at 10am sharp. You may not access your rental property or park at your rental property prior to 4pm, as outlined in the guest lease agreement.

Overall the experience at the house was great. Spacious and quiet. The only issue I saw was the dresser underneath the TV in the master bedroom was still dusty. Would be open to staying here again though!

Overall and nice property. Good set up. Comfortable beds and furniture. All the basics. I would recommend some small maintenance projects be done. The property manager was amazing and the location very nice.
