A short walk to June Lake Marina, Gull Lake Marina and Park, shopping and restaurants, and within driving distance to June Mountain (1.6 miles), Mammoth Mountain (20.4 miles), and Yosemite National Park (25.2 miles).
Enjoy the beautiful Eastern Sierra's year-round with trout fishing, hiking, skiing/snowboarding, kayaking, stand up paddle boarding, wildlife viewing, birdwatching, horseback riding, off-roading, hunting, and many other outdoor adventures. The city of June Lake is quaint with friendly locals and lots of visitors looking to unwind and enjoy the outdoors.
The Space
The condo is a three-story end unit with waterfront views of June Lake from all three levels. You'll enter from the second floor into the living room with an expansive gas fireplace and a sliding glass door that walks out to the balcony that includes a BBQ, and comfortable sitting area to enjoy the views.
Downstairs you'll find two bedrooms; the primary bedroom with one queen bed, the second bedroom with one queen bed and a twin/double bunk bed. Downstairs you'll also find a washer and dryer, and a bathroom.
Off of the kitchen is another bathroom, and a ladder that takes you up to the camp themed loft with four twin beds (bed with trundle and bunk beds) perfect for all the little ones traveling with you.
The condo comes with one assigned parking space. The complex offers three additional first come first serve parking spaces, and there is street parking available.
Guest Access and Security
Guests have full access to the condo and will receive a code to enter the condo prior to arrival. Guests will not have access to the garage.
Dogs are welcome (2 dog maximum), there will be a $75 pet fee per pet. There is a grass field in the complex for your dogs to run around and do their business. Please always pick up after your pets.
There are two security camera's on the property. One outside above the front door, and one in the back of the property looking out onto the marsh and lake. Your privacy is important to us, there are no cameras located inside the property. The cameras are used for security purposes only.
Occasionally due to heavy snowfall, June Lake Loop will be closed. When June Lake Loop is closed, guests can take June Lake Beach Road to get to Highway 395. During snow season, depending on your vehicle, it may be necessary to have snow chains to comply with CalTrans chain requirements.
