Street parking, lawn/yard parking, or exceeding the 4-car limit is not permitted.
City Fine: Exceeding the 4-car limit may result in a $250 per-vehicle fine, issued directly by the City of Cocoa Beach. These fines are the guest’s responsibility.
Please plan accordingly for your group and coordinate with your party before arrival. Thank you for helping us stay compliant with local regulations!
