Condo was perfect, pool was a great amenity for the kids and was kept neat and clean. The condo was the perfect size for our family and the parking spot plus the additional street parking permit were huge conveniences.

Overall the condo was in good condition and met our needs. Living room and kitchen countertops and backsplash were recently updated and modern looking. Bathroom was also updated and stylish, although a bit small. There wasn’t a bath mat for outside the tub and was only one bath towel rack. Door hooks or more places to hang towels would be helpful. Bedroom with 2 beds was spacious and worked for my teen boys. The master bedroom was nice. Cute palm tree lamps and the bed was comfortable. It’s a king bed so not a lot of floor space. Ceiling fans in every room. Pool area was nice and the pool was a good temp but it could have been cleaner. Bike racks in front and side of building were full so we locked our bikes together. Outside shower was nice and spacious. Trash and recycling area was clean and fenced in. Besides the pool area, there were 2 other areas to sit outside. Wonderful breeze on the side balcony overlooking NJ Ave. Parking pass was included for N WW so parking by the beach was free and convenient. It’s several blocks to the beach so it would be a long walk. That was helpful. Overall a nice, small condo for a family of 4.
